I think Moe’s is better value compared to Chipotle. The food is just as good and they are much less likely to be out of ingredients. I’d give five stars except their cleanliness could be improved. Sometimes they let the recently vacated tables sit too long without being wiped down, and don’t give adequate attention to the dining area in general. Aside from that, they have good food at reasonable prices, and I don’t have to deal with the annoyances of their main competitor, which are always increasing price, reducing portion sizes, and constantly out of product.

Never once had a bad experience until tonight. I haven’t been to moes in awhile, the staff was rude as can be slamming stuff in your dish rushing people in line not wrapping the food properly before putting it in the bag, not wearing gloves and the restaurant as a whole was absolutely disgusting.

Never had a bad experience at a moes, was super excited walking in to get my usual burrito until I got a glimpse of the prep line and counter behind the glass. It was filthy.I almost never write reviews EVER but this experience was so disgusting I couldn't leave this alone, food bits EVERYWHERE, lettuce bits in every ingredient, cross contamination everywhere you can imagine...They don't switch gloves, there was sauce all over the outside of my burritos aluminum...They were out of Moe's hot sauce, and several other ingredients...Overall very disorganized, very messy, very disorderly, and last but not least very disappointing. Zero stars, never going back, and I recommend going to Taco Bell right down the street, at least it's clean and faster...

I don't fault the workers there, but I ended up with a lukewarm burrito. That seems to be a Moe's issue. The ingredients don't appear to be piping hot to begin with. I went there for the vegan options, and it was a good burrito.

I have no real remarks on service or atmosphere since I've only been here once.Instead I'll talk about the food. I'd rather spend 5 extra dollars and drive 5 minutes up the road to go to Chipotle on my lunch.Pros over going to Moe's instead of chipotle:Free chips and salsaCons:Food quality tastes like if Chipotle was also Taco BellFood looked like it came off a floor of taco bellIn conclusion, if you aren't on a $10 budget and instead can spend about $15, GO TO CHIPOTLE

This is about cleanliness & customer service not the food or atmosphere. There was trash all over the place and I was concerned if managers are ever present as I entered, but assumed they’d been busy and hadn’t had time to sweep or wipe tables. After the way I was treated, I highly doubt they are ever supervised. I placed an online order and went in well past the pickup time to make sure they had enough time to prepare it. Upon entering and going to p/u area, an employee brushed pass me and I asked her was I at the correct spot for online orders. She says “yes, but I’m going to prepare the salsa, I’ll be back” didn’t even look at the shelf to see if she could hand it to me or ask my name. So I stood there until someone else was available. The nice young man finished someone’s order and asked if I needed something. He looks for my order and asks the others and it’s not made. He wanted to accommodate me so he begin to make it. I realized he had the SAME GLOVES on that he’d accepted money and pressed buttons on the cash register and had been checking his phone with. My burrito broke right when I was about to ask for him to change his gloves. When I saw that they were going to remake it he still wasn’t changing gloves so I asked him to. He says “you want me to remake the whole thing?” Like it irritated him. I explained all that he’d touched and that the gloves should be changed frequently. The entire time I am kind and telling them to take their time. He can’t roll it so another person does. She threw it in the bag w chips and shoved it at me. I told her that I had more items and asked if she could check my ticket because I wasn’t sure if I’d gotten a cookie and paid already. Turns out I’d ordered guac, queso and a cookie and she just wanted me to leave with the burrito. She asks a man behind calling him sir, if he’d been helped while barely helping me and rolling her eyes. She shoves my order and walks away. The entire time there was never a “sorry for the wait or inconvenience” a “have a nice night” “we apologize” etc. I wouldn’t have cared about ONE of these things but all of it combined had me feeling very let down by them and I hated that I was the one being friendly to keep THEM from getting frustrated. I called back for a manager and the girl that rang me up answered and begin her response with “First of all…” like she wanted to argue. She even said “im sure he apologized for the gloves” when I said no he didn’t, she hung up on me. I will still reach out to a manager because no should have to walk on eggshells when they are a paying customer.

Nasty. Ordered the Stack and half of it was covered in black, ashy residue from the grill press. Tables, floor and salsa bar were filthy.Got a burrito for replacement and it was meh. Save your money and go to Taco Bell if you want this kind of fast food.I wish we’d read the previous, recent reviews first. ☹️

Managers of Moe's, I respectfully suggest visiting your franchise to address some disorganization. The cleanliness of the establishment is quite concerning. During my recent visit, I ordered a to-go meal consisting of chicken, rice, and sour cream. To my dismay, my order contained jalapeños and even hair. This experience has left me greatly disappointed as I had begun to enjoy the food at Moe's. It may be necessary to hire individuals who exhibit greater professionalism, as some employees have expressed dissatisfaction with their work and openly display a lack of care when handling food. I kindly request that the CEO take necessary measures to rectify these issues.

Food is marginally at best. And they run a scam if you add cases to the meal your drink is cheaper but the overall price went up over a dollar. I have made 2 trips here first and last.

Very disappointed to see Moe's reduced menu. They got rid of pork, onions, and mushrooms and have significant higher prices and smaller burritos. Moe's has always been better than Chipotle until their change. They added these new "signature sauces" to try and make-up for this drastic change. I will no longer be buying from Moe's due to the menu change and will take my burrito-loving-self to Chipotle.
