I didn’t place an order THE MANAGER was rude, disrespectful and hung up on Me when trying to get clarity and place a to go order. I asked the guy over the phone what his name was and he hung up and laughed. I pulled up four minutes later asking to speak to a manager he then identified himself to be the manager and refused to address his tone and behavior he just wanted the business. I walked out wouldn’t care to eat from this place and refer anyone to go inside this establishment !

Waitress was a sweetheart. Food was okay. Annoyed that they didnt carry gluten free soy sauce. It is 2024, come one a bottle is less than $3... Edamame had zero salt... zero.

Ordered a to go order and was quoted 30-35min. I waited an hour and 20 min. Got home an there is no sauce on the food. Everything was super bland. To much money for what they serve. Will not come back !

This place is absolutely ridiculous. If you are considering eating here please drive the extra miles to go somewhere else. First the floors were slick, the tables were nasty and sticky, the cook had no personality. The food was nasty and tasted scorched/burnt and rotten! Then when the check came it was 109.65 for 2 people who got chicken. When I reviewed the check I realized we were charged 18% gratuity and 6% card fee?! It would have been worth the money if the food would have been edible. AWFUL PLACE save your money and self and drive the extra miles.

First visit. Friday night. Not busy. Waitress was sweet and attentive. Owner was yelling at the wait staff right next to us due to an error at another table. Our grill was not heated which caused a delay between salad and the start of cooking. Only one burner lit on the grill and the chef over cooked the steak and chicken while he was trying to get the other burner lit, while the owner rudely tried to intervene without actually helping. Lights were way too bright exposing dirty corners and thread bare feel of the place. TV was set to some shoot em up show which wasn’t family appropriate. Automatic gratuity added to bill (but clearly labeled in the menu) and extra charge for fried rice (also clearly labeled in the menu). The extra charge for fried rice seems excessive and makes what would be a good value too pricey (especially given the… unpleasant atmosphere). Doubt we’ll be back.

Seems a little outdated. Food has went down I originally gave a 5 Star ate there today and it wasn't good. Chicken was chewy and the scallops were not

It’s good for a quick lunch if that’s what you are wanting. My issue was I got charged 18% gratuity for eating by myself, at the sushi bar amongst an empty restaurant. It was a cash tip that day until I noticed that.

Restaurant was extremely hot and the floors were very slippery! Server was pretty good, a little short with some answers. Cook was very friendly and did a wonderful job. Portions were large and good value for your money. Could use some attention to cleaning and atmosphere.

I haven't eaten here in years and tonight I was craving hibachi. I placed a to-go order over the phone and the woman was having a very hard time getting my order. I repeated it multiple times because she kept saying it wrong.I get there and get my food, pay, then go home. Well, my order was completely wrong. My husband's sushi was wrong. I ordered steak and chicken hibachi, as well as, another chicken hibachi with fried rice no vegetables. I ended up with noodles on both hibachi plates, and 3 sides of fried rice all with vegetables. The chicken was so dry it tasted like chalk.And the nail in the coffin so to say, was when I ordered a large cup the yum yum sauce and instead I got a large order of the salad dressing.Waste of money and will not return to this business. Yeah, I should have opened all of the bags and checked my order before I left I guess.

I’m leaving this review as someone who has patronized this restaurant for many years and had —this evening—an awful experience. My friend and I were seated at a hibachi table. We received our beverages and soup and salad promptly. 15 minutes into eating our appetizers, the host arrived with a family of 6, and TOLD US to move down. (It should be noted that my friend and I were the only two Black customers in the establishment.) When I rightfully, asked why the larger party couldn’t be seated at a different table, so we (who were literally eating) wouldn’t be displaced, the host just stared at me. And repeated “move.” We were forced to pick up our plates, drinks, and cutlery and move down to make space for a party that could’ve been seated at the another empty table in the restaurant. The host was rude—and I’m sure he wouldn’t’ve spoken to two white women that way. I will not be patronizing this establishment again, and I will make it my business to let everyone I know, know that you do not value your customers of color.
