Yummy! The food here is great! Very traditional flavors just what you expect from a family-owned establishment.I had the chicken soup and a taco salad. The soup was out of this world. It was so fresh that you could taste every ingredient. Yet it was blended so well.Good salad, fresh and firm lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sour cream perfect. It was a wonderful meal! The waitstaff was nice.I wasn't greeted when I walked in the staff (3 males) were sharing a joke. No big deal, just an observation.Your Pal, DawnAlways an honest review

Food was ok but not good. Service was again ok not good. It seemed like we waited a while to get our drinks but the food was out almost instantly, which would explain as to why it tasted like it had no flavor. I think this place needs some work and as of right now I wouldn’t recommend.

Great tasting authentic Mexican food! The front of the restaurant greets you immediately with fun vibes of picture taking, setting the tone for the customer service to come that is hard to beat. The staff were ready to seat you and serve you. The servers were all smiles, and the food was out in no time. It was not expensive at all and worth every dime spent. Hope you decide to partake in this fun and welcoming experience as my lady and I have.

Good food and friendly service. Lazy Donkey has been a popular restaurant in C'ton since before I was born, and the place is always busy! People wouldn't keep returning if it wasn't good. Lately, many Mexican restaurants only serve the bare minimum, just enough to get by. The Chile Rellano is a dish I've always loved, and Lazy Donkey's Chile Rellanos are delicious! You actually get what you're supposed to, a whole Chile pepper stuffed with meat & cheese and then cooked. I won't mention the name of it, but the Mexican restaurant a few miles away on 27 only serves you a mound of meat & cheese with a chopped-up pepper mixed into it. Lazy Donkey's menu items haven't changed! Plus, if you drink you'll find he bar has plenty of excellent drinks available. Excellent experience all-around!!

The beef tacos are excellent. Good service. It's better than most Mexican restaurants in Georgia. Michelle, the waitress is awesome.

The food was only mediocre with no flavor. The service was just ok even though there were very few people in the restaurant. I would not consider making a second stop here to eat. My husband got a beef burrito and that was exactly what it was. A flour tortilla with chopped up beef squares wrapped around the beef. No onions or peppers to add any flavor. I got the ground beef enchiladas and there was absolutely no flavor to the enchilada and they were so dry like the meat had sat there all day and dried out. I ate half of my meal and left the rest. Won't be returning.

We used to love eating here. Still do to an extent. The food & service were good as usual. However, their drinks have gone downhill. I always order a top shelf Margarita & my wife orders a Bloody Mary. In the past, the drinks have been well made. This visit they were awful. I even had to send my Margarita back. It was yellow instead of green like usual & it did not taste good. I asked if they had a different bartender & the response was no. I explained my issue & was told that the Margaritas are different now because the manager switched to a mix that he or she preferred. I don't know if it was a cost thing or their personal preference, but it does not taste good. I'm not sure what they brought my wife, but it was not a Bloody Mary. She choked it down but did not order another like she usually would. We enjoy drinking with our Mexican food, so unfortunately, that will affect our patronage in the future.
