The cook/owner came out to greet us and to inquire about the food and the service! I thought that was nice of him. He even offered us samples of things he was thinking of putting on the menu. Great place!

If you are looking for a great BBQ sandwich. I highly recommend The Mann-X. Just try it. So full of flavor. Amazing. Cajun baked beans are very good and ribs are perfectly cooked.

We had U Know It cater our family’s Easter dinner. While everything was so delicious, the MannX and the Cajun baked beans were amazing. We will definitely use them again. I highly recommend you using them for any of your catering needs.

U Know It prepared a delicious meal for our family's Easter dinner. We ordered bbq pork, the MannX, potato salad, cole slaw, cajun beans, and macaroni and cheese. Everyone was pleased with all of the food that we received! The customer service and communication was incredible, and it was so nice to be able to support a local business!

Take-out Only.This is a nice spot for BBQ. Ordered beef brisket with potato salad and mac/cheese. The flavor is definitely good. The brisket however was pretty dry and a couple pieces were hard to chew. The mac/cheese tastes good but could cook a little more as well. The owner was generous in the amount of meat he offered.The restaurant is not for dine-in at this time.Will come back to try something else.

Looking for good BBQ in Carrollton.Think we found it. Fix Me Up sandwich was great, everything on one a sammich. But those ribs, man the ribs. Also have to give a shout out to the Cajun beans. Super nice staff.
