I recently got an order of wings and things with teriyaki wings. Everything in the order was correct and tasted good. I am not sure what has happened with the teriyaki wings, but they used to be covered with the sauce and this time I couldn't even see it in the wings and I could barely taste it.

I cane through the drive through around 2 pm on Wednesday the 24th and unfortunately received the wrong order. I came back in and immediately the associates remedied the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. Mistakes are bound to happen in any industry - they handled this perfectly and quickly! A+ service!

I’ve had this Zaxby’s less than 10 times in a year. Only 1 of those times was my order correct, hot, fresh and quick. That was when I went as soon as they opened. Other times I have done mobile orders, for others to pick up and brought to me to find stuff is missing or incorrect. They’ve even lost / not received my mobile order and took an hour to make it. I’ve called Zaxby’s CS thru the app several times to be told there is nothing they can do because it isn’t apart of the franchise this one is locally owned and operated. They always escalate my complaint to the owner or manager and I have NEVER heard back from anyone. Which is terrible local CS. You would think something locally owned and operated would have better service. WRONG. I’ve even visited this location in July to find it was 100+ degrees inside so we opted to eat outside, then told the fans were decorations and not operable and the AC inside was broken and only blowing heat. The manager apologized for the experience. And was told they were basically being forced to work in those conditions. I also made a complaint to the Zaxby’s CS in hopes they could reach someone to do something for those employees. The WORST Zaxby’s I’ve ever dealt with.

Got my whole order mixed up, got a wings and things and the wings and tender sauces got swapped for one another. Asked for a peach tea and got a regular sweet tea. They were also out of some sides. Any other time is fine but Wednesday afternoons/nights seem to not be the time to go.

Sweet Tea was bitter, fries were burnt, Texas toast was inedible, and wings barely had any sauce on them ... disappointing to say the least! Past experiences not much better.

My mom brought her pet squash into Zaxby’s today for a quick mean on the way to an appointment. We had a great time with her, my niece and the wonderful staff there. We ask for the name on our order to be “Squash” which may have been too big of a distraction for the order prep staff. We got four Zingers on our five piece order and got shorted a Zax sauce. Loved the people there despite their math woes. Gloria who took or order was fantastic and cheerful and the restaurant was really nice inside and out.
