6 employees standing around with a dirty dining room. lady taking orders said 18 min wait for biscuits, ordered and paid then another "team member" stated that noone is going to make biscuits. when asked for a refund the manager was the rudest asked if I wanted take her pic as I was trying to take a picture of my original receipt. She stated she was the one making biscuits that the others didnt know how to. upon leaving realized she did NOT refund the correct amount.

The food was great, but every time I order Uber eats the restaurant forgets the utensils that I ask for. They also always give me sweet tea even though I order unsweetened tea. Really wish they would read instructions.

This is by far my favorite Bojangles location. The food is fresh, and the service is second to none. Thanks to all the staff members for going above and beyond and for being the apitamy of great Customer Service Representatives. Great management equals great staff members.

I stop at this location on Main St in Cartersville 3-4 times a week. I usually get breakfast for 4. The manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. No way should she be a manager that deals with customers!! I’ve been going there for the last 7 years, but this week was definitely my last time!! If they don’t do something about her, this business will be closing!!

I was compelled to come write a review because of the rude young lady taking my order in the drive through. I tried to get her name but she didn't come to the window. Hopefully the management here will know who I'm talking about. O2/21/24 around 1130 am. She doesn't need to be the one dealing with customers if she can't be polite. She just had rude remarks to everything we said in the order and I don't appreciate that. I will avoid this location in the future because of the way I was treated. The older woman who actually gave us the food was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I feel all employees in the food service industry should be this way.
