Clearly states online that they close at 10pm and walked into the line at 9:52pm and the guy said we closed early. They took everything down early so they didn’t have to serve their customers. Just sad.

They don't have ANYTHING they advertise. A burger king...with no burgers ...no coffee...a shame.

So we had not been to this Burger King in about a year because the service was horrible and so was the food. We got coupons in the mail and figured we’d give it a shot and we were not disappointed. There is a whole new staff there and they are very friendly and helpful. The food was good and we’ve been back a couple of times. The one time one of the ladies in there sang the whopper song with my son, he loved it. The new manager is doing an amazing job, we will be back.

The only positive is that mature lady there that serves customers with a smile and good energy.Everything one and thing else is subpar.I understand fully how being understaffed can hinder things and attitudes but when you have a customer waiting on food and you feeling like you want to do something extra like give them a little food, i.e French toady sticks, but you give them ones cold. That doesn't really make up for anything does it.I've seen enough people pay for food but leave before receiving the food due to incompetence behavior.Today I joined that party. Paid $10 but left with $5 worth of food due to incompetence.

I got to the place 15 minutes before it closed.. They close at 11pm and I was starving and they told me they were closed. So I left with No Food. They close at 11pm. Bad service and I don't recommend it. I so sad when you are driving 6 hr and it so hard to park a truck and then they been saying that is closed.

The cute lady working the front is everything I miss about living down south. I asked her what sweetener they use since I can't have fructose. She said not to worry all she did was dip her little finger in it?❤️... (With a little sugar.) If you don't think that is the sweetest thing you heard today then bless your heart! It’s 1225pm on 10-23-22. These people are the worst employees. I stood waiting to order with no luck. So I went to Taco Bell. Oh cause there all ordering food at Taco Bell, while two where in the back commenting on who’s taking orders. The guy in white finally got to order after his second try. Almost forgot. Saw another kid smoking at the bench right outside the door. The four girls I was just ran around giggling, while the guy smoked. Hire adults not children. FYI Popeyes and Taco Bell where crushing it!! They made all those kids look bad.
