I love CF, but this location has disappointed on more than one occasion. Today, failure to listen. I ordered a breakfast chicken bowl and asked to add an extra egg. No biggee. Well, the bowl came, no extra egg.went to the front and asked for the extra egg and the lady behind the counter turned to her supervisor and said he wants an extra egg. I showed my receipt and said i ordered it. She looked at the bowl and ssid, there is an egg in there. Yes, I know and i ordered an extra egg. She looked at me like I had two noses andcsaid again, yes sir it has an egg. I did not push it, I simply walked away. No extra egg, no big deal in the end, but frustrated they could not understand a simple... add an extra egg.btw... a pet peave... this local rarely has someone walking in the dining area asking if customers need anything. Again, no biggee, but is one thing that separates CF from all others. This local at lakepoint sports complex is a let down, yet again ?

This Chick-fil-A has gone downhill over the last year. I live 5 minutes away and will drive 20 minutes out of my way to Mars Hill or Cobb Parkway in the future. Their nuggets are uncooked every single time. I am not kidding. I ordered last night; they were so undercooked not crunchy or crispy. Nasty I threw them away. This is the 4th time in a row this has happened. Many of my neighbors and Friends have all said they avoid this location like the plague and is clearly not on par with the other locations. Do they purposely not make their nuggets crispy or undercook them?

Please tell me how your employees did not see the ink in my cup. Don't get me wrong, I love your ice, your coca cola, and everything at CFA. But the fact that I injested INK makes me a little angry!! Look at the pictures, the ink from the other cup is on the inside of my cup!!
I hate when I wait in a long line for food and the fries are not fresh and Crispy. I was in the drive thru and tasted a fry before a drove off. Fries were old. So I asked the girl that was standing outside around 5:49 pm on today March 27, 2024 if I could have some fresh fries. She just turned around. Never acknowledging my request. I asked if that was a yes as she had her back towards me. She turned and said yes they heard you. I tasted the top fry it was great. Drove off and all the fries at the bottom were old and had a boat load of salt on them. I couldn't eat them. I was already driving so I said forget it. Bad attitude and handing me bad food. Won't return.The only good thing about this experience is the guy that took my order. He was super professional and nice.

So, Varsity can't take my order and tries to upsell me for 10 minutes, now Chick-fil-a overcharges for diet lemonade with a meal. Is there anyone out there who doesn't try to scam their customers? All this back handed upcharge bullcrap!!! ?
