Not only did they bring it, he brought a large container for us to enjoy and personally apologized for the error. Mistakes happen. We're human. It's how you react that makes all the difference. I love the chicken salad and the soups here. Good drink choices, too! They are always very helpful, they have a young handicap man who is always doing work and cleaning up. Very nice young man! One of my favorite places!

Only one side of the entrance door was unlocked and it was a little struggle for a handicap person in a wheelchair. This was our first visit at this location and the host greetings wasn't friendly. He offered us free samples and we didn't get them, so we just ordered. Perhaps he didn't hear me. Request to have the wheat bread toasted and it tasted not so fresh. The pasta salad was dry. I've had better service and food at a different location so this experience definitely will not keep me from patronizing the franchiseParking: There were ♿️ parking spotsWheelchair accessibility: The entrance door was only opened on one side causing difficulty for the wheelchair to maneuver with ease. We had to move a chair to comfortably eat at a table

Absolutely wonderful place to eat. My order is always right, food is fresh and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have such a wide variety of different chicken salads, pimento cheeses, egg salad, and sides. Plus, there are different breads to eat your sandwiches on. They even have a great rewards program to earn free food, discounts, and signature Chicken Salad Chick merchandise. I got a Classic Carol on a cross ain't with pasta salad side item, and my husband always gets a Classic Carol on Wheatberry bread toasted with broccoli salad. Every meal also comes with a mini sugar cookie with frosting on it. The cookies are so soft and delicious.
DoorDash food form here tonight. I ordered the Fruity Fran sandwich, chicken poblano soup, Mac n cheese, & watermelon tea. Everything was delicious. The soup was so creamy and a little spicy with great flavor. I'm a big fan of their chicken salad and Mac n cheese. We always pass through the area every year and I will definitely order from here again.

Good chicken salad. Love the selection as well as the seasonal flavors. Health score was a B due to different factors including food prep not at proper temperature. Hopefully they can get that in check (maybe the cooler wasnt properly working, etc) not holding that in my rating but was an observation.
