This location needs some structure and better management. The employees seem nice enough but there is no direction or guidance. The food prep area was dirty. All items were low or missing! How?? The utensil area too was dirty The front counter had to ask for food to be cooked. This should be a continuous thing to keep food supply appropriate.

Messy, sticky, and disgusting floors as if they're never been touched by a broom or mop since they opened. The viewing glass is all foggy as if it was polished with murky toilet water. Honestly the atmosphere is constantly heavy with ugliness. I come all the way from California. And this is not what I thought the south offered when it came to simple food. The workers move with a drag of their feet. Nobody knows how to greet with a simple "hello."

Have ordered a bowl online multiple times, they get it wrong every time, they have left out guac twice, paying extra for something I don't receive kinda sucks, and they add toppings I didn't want. I understand people make mistakes but constantly is wild.

The workers were terribly rude I noticed this happened in another review but we were left waiting for 30 minutes for our food and we had to confront them to which they said we were supposed to come up to them even though we ordered in line and they saw us waiting at a table right in front of the register. The lady that gave us the trouble then complained out loud about us to a coworker in front of us as we were leaving

Clearly based off of reviews they're either under paid (not paid to care) and/or management also doesn't care. Obviously they want this place to shut down bc no one wants to be there.

Used to be a nice place, found plastic pieces in food, both mine and a friends food. Service wasn't great because they didn't take card since their system was down, this also happened once before. Floor by the drink machines was flooded. Tables were not clean, and the spot for the lids looked like mold was growing on them. Otherwise the food tasted good.

The layout of the restaurant SUCKS!!! People coming in have to walk past the people sitting at the tables eating and the walkway is VERY narrow... the tables and chairs are just high enough to place your head at waist level of those walking by to order!!! They should have made the tables A LOT HIGHER!!! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!
Can y’all please hire somebody that knows how to wrap a burrito? I feel like that’s the primary prerequisite to work there, and nobody knows how to do it.

The lady behind the counter was great. She was the only one working the counter and she was killin it. I'm not a fan of the food. Not my style. What really got me was how dirty the place was. The area by the cash register was cover in food crumbs. The trash was over flowing and there was a brown liquid dripping from under the cabinet door. None of the tables had been cleaned.

I LITERALLY GOT FOOD POISONING Y'all. Me and my husband went to Chipotle Saturday; March 9, at 5:30pm. I literally never had a problem with Chipotle- LITERALLY ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE GYM GYM GYM CHIPOTLE You could NEVER go wrong with Chipotle, but today. BUT TODAY. We did. More like I did, his was fine. When we received our food I opened mine up just to get a WIFF of something wrong. I didn't think much of it. Considering we have it occasionally. I get Guac in mine and it smelled and looked old. Still ate it LOL but after I ate it, I rushed to the bathroom and BLEW IT UP. Chipotle, has NEVER made me do that, so I was surprise. (keep in mind Chipotle was the only thing I ate today). I ended up puking and sh!Tting all day. As funny as I took it, it was not funny at all. It hurt so bad. I pooped so bad I ended up bleeding! and my butt felt sore and in pain. Yet I still kept going. I was nauseous. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe since it was the only thing I ate, that that's what caused my pain. Maybe, since we eat it occasionally that that's what caused it. Either way. I'm still giving a 1 star. I will not eat chipotle for quite a while. (I will not sue, simply because a 1 star just sounds easier lol). Think before you go. Some days are better than others.

One of the worst chipotle ever been to. Staff was so rude when we went there there was no fajita so we told them that we gonna wait until it comes out. The knew that we were waiting there for fresh fajita, but they didn’t care to let us know when it was ready even though nobody was there in the restaurant at that time. So disappointed. They were working as if they were forced to work.
