Despite having tables outside, they apperant do not offer outside seating. This unfortunately means we can not eat here because I always have my Samoyed with me and don't eat anywhere he can't go.

I thought my teeth would break while eating stone pot bibimbap...

This is something that downtown Cartersville has been missing for a long time. The food is authentic and delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and lively and it’s a wonderful spot to hang out. I am so thankful we have this place now!

The place is still fairly new and coming into itself. Personally I preferred the all you can eat, but the menus are crisp and professional, the food is worth the price, but expect to spend at least 20.00 per adult it's definitely an experience and honestly I hope it continues to improve as it grows into itself.Parking: It's a large lot with plenty of room. Well marked but slightly aged spaces.Kid-friendliness: It's not a Chucky cheese, but it's not like it's not for kids. They had a kids menu before the new more professional looking menus, so maybe. Give them a try with mature children ready for a culinary adventure.

No more "all you can eat".They only serve "premium quality meats"."Premium quality meats" are basically mid-tier meats...don't expect anything extravagant like prime rib, wagyu/kobe, or anything else similar. What a joke. Literally, the only thing going well for this place was the "all you can eat" option. The quality of the food is abysmal/garbage and the service is terrible with a high turnover rate.Wouldn't be surprised to see it out of business, soon.

Walked in. Tables had what looked like little stoves on them. Some guy sat me at a table. Waited about 5 minutes and then got up to ask for a menu. Got one and a glass of water. Never had another person come back to my table. Left in disgust. Menu was a lot of soup and rice dishes......non looked very appealing. Most folks in the place were Asian and not speaking English. I guess this place is set up for Koreans and not for locals that are not Korean. Will never go back.

Was once a regular at this quaint, authentic Korean restaurant however the last few times have been absolutely unreal. There is a CLEAR switch in management and the restaurant’s touch is rapidly decreasing. From slow service due to them being understaffed to older male team members constantly yelling at the workers, my experience was tainted. The mother and daughter who used to work here actually cared for it’s customers. I would stay away from Hansik unless you want to hear constant yelling at servers, workers, and slow service

The food was fresh and plentiful! A great blend of flavor and spice. Our waiter (I believe his name is Brandon) did a great job of suggesting items to try and making sure we had any and everything we might need. It was a great first experience and we will definitely be back!

The food was good. I got the squid and fried pork belly, and my wife got the fried rice and grilled beef. The best thing was the staff they were very pleasant and attentive. I've never heard or said thank you so many times! They make you feel like you're their only guest. That alone will bring us back!

The food was fantastic! I was not disappointed. I plan on coming back during the dinner hours for the Korean seafood pancake.

Where to start, the service got abysmal it appears they got rid the Ayce lunch and staffed it with cranky old Asian people. Nowhere on their Facebook states they removed the lunch all you can eat or started to phase out the all you can eat dinner.it sucks to say because i actually enjoyed going here, but i can guarantee if they keep going down this path, the restaurant will close down by the years end like the other restaurants in this building before it.Used to recommend it to family and friends but now ain’t no way?.Go to K-pop a better restaurant with better vibes and service ??‍♂️

Don’t go during lunch if you’re expecting to “eat all you can eat” korean bbq. They took it away. And they don’t tell you that when you arrive, so expect to be confused as we were. The staff were kind of mid towards us well as we were waiting for a good few minutes for them to even ask us what we would like when we’re used to being asked right away when we get seated. The atmosphere of the place definitely changed and we walked out when we asked about the lunch menu changing and got attitude from one of the waiters when we simply asked nicely because we were a little confused as to what was happening with the menu.Sad, it became a favorite food spot but after the changes not so much.

From the moment we sat down, it became evident that the service was not up to par. Despite politely requesting water on multiple occasions, we found ourselves waiting far longer than expected. It took FOUR REMINDERS, including interactions with both our server and another staff member, before we finally received our water.Additionally, despite placing an order for rice at the beginning of our meal, it never brought in, leaving us to eventually abandon hope of its arrival.Furthermore, while we were patient, it was disheartening to observe other tables receiving prompt attention while we waited for our basic needs to be met. Our server seemed too quick to bring the check before we had even requested it, further detracting from our dining experience. As a result, we were unable to fully enjoy the experience and missed out on opportunities for additional rounds of meat.Although the food itself was satisfactory, the overall dining experience was overshadowed by the disappointing service. While I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy occasion, the prolonged wait times and lack of attention were frustrating and detracted from what should have been an enjoyable evening.
