“Their cookies are amazing and so is their customer service. They accommodated a 96 cookie order with a less than 24 hour notice. When they learned it was for our Teacher’s Appreciation Week they gave us a generous discount as well. I 100% recommend stopping in for a treat if you are in that direction.“
“This place has nice comfort food and desserts. The line was practically out the door, which is a good sign. The girls behind the counter work their butt off to serve everyone in a timely manner. Just be aware there aren't many tables to sit and eat, so it's mostly standing room when the place is fullMy only complaint is that there are no descriptions for the food on the menu. Which leads me to ask "What's in this, or, what's that?", at the counter, inevitably holding up the line. I can speak Spanish, so I can imagine it being extra annoying for a non-spanish speaker.Either way, I will definitely be coming back to try more menu items.“
“Love Kona Ice! Always gives back to the surrounding communities and are a staple at schools. I still remember “Kurbside Kona” during the lockdown and how much joy they brought to kids faces when we’d hear their trucks and the music on the street. Amazing customer service and delicious flavors!“
“If you want a sundae the size of your face, this is the place. Yummy! Good hometown place and always crowded. Just be aware that you either walk up or drive up and there is some seating outdoors. That never bothers us, the ice cream is totally worth it!“
