Went in about an hour after they opened. Tall skinny white dude waiting all tables by himself, pleasant and professional, moving around making sure everyone's good. But then there's this big peter griffin looking heffa with green hair just sitting there not helping. She did one thing the entire time i was there and that was bring me my food. And she dropped the plate down and walked away without a word. Other than her, everything was good

Placed an online order for a Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes. I repeatedly asked them to make sure they included the caramel and the Tres Leches icing on the side with the whip cream which they said yes. I came home only to find the whip cream and plain pancakes. $14 wasted.

This place needs attention. There is no sense of management. The only employee working was one gentleman. I was ignored for over 30 minutes before getting a terrible cup of coffee that can best be described as bog water. One lady with a crew cut and half her hair dyed green would go outside on several occasions to bring out other employees from kitchen staff to hang out, not even on smoke break, just laughing and hanging out while several of us were waiting for service. Eventually I realized this place was not worth my time and left. Send upper management or close the doors.

Horrible place they'd onto give you silverware for everyone, they don't ask periodically if you need anything or if everything is fine an food comes out almost an hour after you order

Servers spend more time talking to fellow workers or are on their phones while customers wait to get their order taken. If the employees spent more time actually working this would be a better place to eat. But as usual nothing will be done so I'll post the videos I took on social
Being diabetic I looked forward to a sit down meal for a change. I got seated and my drink. Nearly 30 minutes later and I still hadn't ordered. Togo orders were being taken but not mine. They only had a couple of tables in use at the time. Every time I have been here something has happened, either the bill is wrong charged for wrong meal or just wrong bill. I've never said anything before but this needs corporates attention.

Service was terrible and our food was mediocre at best. Our drinks were empty when we received our food and we never got a refill. I asked for ketchup and she brought me 2 empty bottles. I asked for a 2 go box and never got that either. 0 out of 10. I would not recommend.

Rude staff. I doordash for Cartersville and had an order to pick up from here and they told me it would be a few minutes before the order was ready. So I waited. Over heard the cook in the back yelling profanity at the top of his lungs saying that "someone needed to go somewhere the "F" else to pick up the customers order and F that order (I'm assuming he was talking about me) after over an hour of watching the male and female that was in the back go outside and then back inside to take a smoke break I asked the lady when the customers order would be ready because they were asking me it was 5 minutes until they close she told me " I'm not sure what they are doing I've told them like 10 times you were waiting" I ended up having to cancel the order after the customer waited over and hour and a half TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL! Definitely don't recommend

I paid over $3 for a sweet tea and left thirsty because my waiter never came back to check on me. A larger glass would be helpful. The staff is very loud and vulgar.
