This place has nice comfort food and desserts. The line was practically out the door, which is a good sign. The girls behind the counter work their butt off to serve everyone in a timely manner. Just be aware there aren't many tables to sit and eat, so it's mostly standing room when the place is fullMy only complaint is that there are no descriptions for the food on the menu. Which leads me to ask "What's in this, or, what's that?", at the counter, inevitably holding up the line. I can speak Spanish, so I can imagine it being extra annoying for a non-spanish speaker.Either way, I will definitely be coming back to try more menu items.

A little late in giving things away, I had to order a pineapple water and 3 girls were attending and very seated, they had forgotten until I asked for batteries again, girls.

I got the piña colada expecting a decent size but but I wouldn’t even consider what I got small! It was worse than small and it tasted melted down even though I barely just got it and was just all ice barely any juice barley anything. Waste of money.

Went today and asked for a chicharrón preparado. The avocado was brown/rotten. I went back to tell the young girl and all the said was “sorry that’s how the color is”. You do not sell items like that. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This place has some of the best treats! The mangonado is my favorite. The customer service is good as well. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the dining area. They stay busy, but a little sweep and wipe could be done more regularly. Other than that if you are looking for a cold treat this is definitely the place to go locally.

The pricing of the items on the menu are not accurate. When I asked the pink dyed hair girl why the prices didn’t match up her response was “the prices in that menu aren’t correct, but the prices in this one are” and pointed to a different menu. I looked at the one she pointed at and it had the same incorrect prices as the other one. The pink haired girls attitude wasn’t great. Will not be coming back and don’t recommend. You’re better off going to the ice cream place across the street called Coconuts.

Last month I came I had like 6 mangonadas they took forever to give them to me. There people behind me ordering the same thing and they got them first. Today I came and got a mango and watermelon mangonadas the mango one didn't have everything in it and the watermelon wasn't full and didn't have everything?
