The absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever witnessed. After waiting 20 minutes the order was wrong and the patties on our burgers were almost raw. Didn’t waste my time complaining until now. This place needs help. They also charge way more than any other location that we go to.

Waited 20 minutes for the food. No one is wearing gloves. I asked about it and the guy at the window said, “everyone wears gloves” as literally no one is wearing any. Then he gives me my food and says thank you for the patience. As I get on the highway, I try the fries and they’re cold and stale as if they had been sitting out for a while. I had to spit the fries back into the bag. Didn’t even touch the rest of it. Had to drive far as hell just to come back to get a refund. I complained about the fries and the manager says they came fresh out and I asked her to try them and tell me. Of course she wouldn’t. This place is horrible.

The cashier was rude and kept trying to get me to order a meal instead of just the sandwhiches. The Mcchicken and Mc Double I ordered had stale buns. They were several hours old. Got a full refund and left.

Ordered food tonight after work. I placed order via kiosk, and specifically requested it to eat in. After waiting almost 20 minutes, my order was placed in a to go bag, and it wasn't even called out, so I didn't even know it was ready. The burger was fine, but fries were cold. The harmony between the staff there is absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't think I'll ever return to this location

It is not a McDonalds. It’s anything else but it. They refused to sell me 4 large beef patties, stating that they have no way to do it.Old lady refused to do it even offering to show me how it is impossible. I do not need to see the proof of your incompetence, because I only buy beef patties at McDonalds, all around the continental US, and I have never ever heard such statement yet. If she is business owner her business will fail, if she is just employee, whoever is business owner, you have to train your employees better.In the meantime, I have to “enjoy” forced intermittent fasting today, which is not the worst thing in this life….

Employees at this location are extremely rude. The service is pitiful. It's impossible to get waited in no matter if you go inside or use the drive thru. When you order curb side they just let you sit there and won't bring the order. Managers are rude. They act like they hate their job. Worse location I've ever been to. Ever

I placed my order at the kiosk, and so did most of the people behind me. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my food. I watch people who order after me get their food and leave. I saw people that were waiting so long that their just wanted their money back. All while the cooks and manager were having a great conversation about what they were going to do this weekend. Finally, the manager realized I was standing there for a long time and had to have the cooks make my food again since they gave it to another customer. Regardless this location will make money since it's at a truck stop, just don't expect too much from this place

I called this morning trying to place an order for 20 Egg McMuffin's. Although they couldn't actually take the order over the phone the team started working on it right away. They were churning out sandwiches like crazy when I walked in to pick them up. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly for 515am.Good job team!

Took 20 mins to get our food curbside, then as the young man is bringing it out to us, he drops the bag of food. Proceeds to scoop it all up in the bag, puts the 3 sandwiches and one of the fries into a new bag, get us one new fry and then brings it to us. Doesn't check the sandwiches or pay attention to the fact that the one fry he transferred from the ripped bag was only half full at this point. Had to rebuild the Big Mac and Quarter Pounder when we got home so we could eat them. I'll never visit this McDonalds again!!!!

We came here at around 1 am. Waited at the speaker for about 5 mins before the lady yells “go ahead.” We ordered our food and then pulled up to the first window and waited and after a few minutes we figured the first window was closed so pulled up to the second window and waited. The employee then poked her head out the first window and yelled for us to come back. We backed up and she walked off and we waited for ab 5 mins before just leaving. This is ridiculous. I’ve worked fast food and know what it’s like to be understaffed but this is some of the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Cold fries dirty dinning room rude employees let me stand there while he turned his back to do nothing when I approached the counter for a refill on my drink.i think he was hoping I would just walk away.I guess that’s why this is the only McDonald a I have ever ate at that didn’t have fountain machine in the dinning room I guess that saves them money two pennies at a time

Used the kiosk, they didn’t bring the food to the table which is the point of the numbered table markers. I had made a couple orders. Half the orders the number wasn’t even called and they had 1 more customer other than me. Tables were dirty. And when I went up to get salt I was made fun of for my bag. Terrible service. The kids behind the counter were more busy flirting then to do their job. There is just children working here no adults. This place needs to be shut down. Or needs a serious upgrade on staff. Just ridiculous wish I could give 0 stars they don’t deserve 1.
