OEC Chinese Rest. is not fancy by any means. Order from cashier, so no wait staff.I was pleasantly surprised the food was better than I've had in most Chinese Rest., & reasonable.

While its advertised that they do not have MSG, the seasoning package they use has MSG seasoning. I would not be saying this if it wasn’t for their menu declaring it does not have MSG.With that said, they were able to make my wife (who is very allergic to MSG) a separate plate without their MSG seasoning. Which was kind!

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant if you are looking for a quick meal with good food at a fair price. I ordered Mongolian beef with rice, an egg roll and a can of Coke. The portions were generous and the food was piping hot and fresh. Very tasty, yet it didn't make me thirsty afterwards, as is often common with Chinese food.If you chose to dine in, you order your meal at the counter, have a seat in one of the booths or tables, and wait till they call your prepared order. You pick it up and bring it to your table yourself, so this is strictly a self-service restaurant. Everything is disposable, including the Styrofoam containers and plastic cutlery. There is no fancy atmosphere to speak of, but for eating a quick lunch alone, this didn't bother me. The bright side is you aren't paying a lot extra for atmosphere. I knew this going into this restaurant. I would definitely eat here again. They have some beautiful Asian-themed ceramics and other artwork on display for sale in the dining area and on the walls. These would make nice gifts for someone, especially because they are priced quite fairly.

Love the vegan options -I know this'll sound super vegan but the broccoli is fantastic Tofu also very good I'm not feeling the yard-sale-esque items like the twin bed in the corner but all in all, great food, super friendly staff

Ordered the Walnut Chicken and was pleasantly surprised with Pecans instead! Food was great and served quickly. The restaurant seems a bit Spartan, maybe could use some more love from customers to see this place grow. The place is definitely family run and I would love to see them add some of their favorites to the menu. Some local authentic Chinese food would really make this restaurant stand apart from the rest.

I wanted pork fried rice but was informed they only had chicken or shrimp. No problem. I'll just take fried rice. Literally was white rice that looked like it had been "browned". Now, I maybe wrong but I would think it would have been the same as any "fried rice" minus the meat. It was just white rice.
Good food just didn't sit well with me if you know what I

I had a great meal that I picked up here. I had sweet and sour chicken with rice, egg drop soup and crab rangoons. Glad to see a new Chinese restaurant in town.

I would have rather had a plate than a togo box to eat out of. But it worked out ok because it was plenty enough food for there and to take home. I had General Taso's chicken and it was really good. The spring roll was great! The fried rice was a little bit dry but had a good flavor. All in all I would return here. The people and atmosphere were nice. Clean and friendly.

The food was really good and the serving sizes were large. It is more of a fast food restaurant than a formal restaurant. Great value.
