This Panera was inviting as soon as you walk in. It smelled clean and the temperature was comfortable. The next thing you notice is how the pastries were displayed! It made you want to stop and choose one. When the food came out you could see the steam from the soup and you knew that it was the perfect temperature on a cold day. Very pleasant experience all around!!

I am traveling through. I stopped here to get two coffees and a couple pastries. This place opens at 6:30 AM. I came in at around 8:15 AM. They had nothing set up no half-and-half or milk or anything for the coffee and everybody’s walking around like zombies no sense of urgency,I stood five minutes or more at the counter, waiting for someone to come up. I want to purchase the toothpaste and ask him for the half-and-half for the coffee. No one showed up.I went over to the prep area and asked someone if I could be helped at the front counter. The lady said that the woman should be up there shortly. I went back up to the front and waited a couple more minutes before a lady came out to fill the coffee station with two cans that was not there before.I asked her for half and half and she said I will get that for you. I walked up to the counter where she proceeded to help other customers who was waiting to order and totally ignored me. She then disappeared to the back.After a couple more minutes I walked back to the food prep and asked to speak with the manager. We was apologetic and got the milk product himself. I finished making the coffees and gave up on ordering any food.I can spend my money elsewhere and that is what I told the manager. He offered to give me the pastries, but I told him it’s too late for that. I spent over 20 minutes in the store, trying to get two coffees and pastries that I never got.The store has been open for two hours, and they still didn’t have their stuff set up. The employees walk around with no sense of urgency. I have been to a lot of Panera Breads and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to.There’s just no excuse.

They're not worth the 30min wait in the drive through, 20min for someone to open up the window. I saw a guy back out of the drive through after 10mins, park, go in and in 5mins come out with his food and Im still stuck in the same spot. Management needs more

Got my normal Mango Yuzu Citrus Charged Lemonade with no ice. First time getting one from this location. The one I got from this location tasted different than other locations.It was darker than normal and kinda felt different when drunk...almost like a burning tingle/carbonated. Not sure if I was given concentrated Charged Lemonade or maybe it was cut with ginger ale as it had a carbonated feel.The drink remained hard to drink even after adding a little tea to it and it stayed carbonated like even after being kept in the fridge over night.Very disappointed

This Panera bread has completely gone downhill. The last three times I have gone there, they have either been out of bread, or completely forget to put the bread in your order. My orders are always wrong, and always missing items. I would definitely recommend to never go to this location.

Ordered a chicken sandwich to go. Once I got home I realized that there was no chicken on the sandwich. Called and spoke with the manager who stated that he would issue a refund. I never received a refund so I guess this is another restaurant in Cartersville that goes on the black list.

I was excited to move just up the road from this Panera. But sadly, this is the strangest Panera I've ever encountered. I have given it a God's honest try to love it. I've visited over a dozen times and not one single visit has been pleasant. It's shocking to me that this place gets any business at all. It's certainly not from locals.Highlights include:-Waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes for a bowl of soup (if you don't have any, just say that)--only to drive off (so I wouldn't be late!) and have to come back later for a refund.-Going at lunch time only to discover they're out of nearly everything.-Ordering something and getting something completely different.And not only that, but the people there act like you're an inconvenience for walking through the door. And heaven forbid they mess something up and you ask for it to be made right, they act like it's your fault that it happened at all.That's okay. You don't have to worry about me. Keep your stale bread. Publix is across the street and their sandwiches are fresher, a better value, and you don't have to wait 30+ minutes for the pleasure of a wrong order.

There are no employees to help you order from a kiosk. The place was empty at 5p on a Friday and every table was dirty. Employee was carrying a full bag of garbage through the front of the restaurant. I would never come back here.

no one at register to help and then a guy comes out stands in front of me looking at the computer or register screen Never said a word or acknowledge that i was even there!!Finally I said, can you take my order and he finally looks up snd said yes. I couldn’t believe he just stood there until I finally said something before he would even look up!!I ordered the Autumn Squash Soup, he said we’re out. I wakled out!Terrible service and they’re out of the item I wantedJust as well because it was right at $9.00 for a bowl of soup!!! Too expensive!I wont be back!’
