refried beans and rice were typical mexican restaurant deliciousness. but i want able to eat all of it. this is because there was jalapeños right in the middle of the plate. not just a few pieces, probably a whole pickled one. i dont like spicy at all. just not my jam. so when i saw my plate, i was so sad. the juice from the jalapeño was basically on everything. so i could only eat the food on the outer side of the plate. i think the restaurant should have asked if jalapeños were ok. i didnt see them listed on the menu for the carnitas plate i saw on google. the tortillas were so good though bc they were actually hand made! the cheese dip and chips were good too. just kinda sad that the jalapeño basically made it to where i could only eat half of what i paid for. the server was very nice !

food was amazing but found a hair in our cheese dip then my friend found a hair in her food after taking a few bites. service was good but the hairs just ruined the experience.

Santana's is a great place for really good Mexican food! It was busy and we had to wait for our order to be taken and our food to be brought to us. I would go go back because the food was worth the wait! ?

Well…not the worst or greatest. The cheese and chorizo appetizer tasted a little burnt. The chicken enchiladas Vallarta has a decent taste. The enchiladas smaller than some other restaurants. The chile Colorado was described as chunks of meat but received slithers of meat in heavy sauce. The atmosphere was nothing exciting unless you like watching the staff roll silverware in a booth. They will don you with a sombrero and sing happy birthday to you. The service overall was a 2/5. I would eat there again, I just know not to get too excited about it. I was happy to say adios…

The service from the waiters is horrible, I will never return to eat at that place full of rude staff.

We ordered our food takeout. It came out really quickly, and was all bagged up and ready to go! I was impressed. Until we got home and realized we had a pretty good bit of food missing. Going back to get it was out of the question, because we didn’t have time to. It seemed as though we traded accuracy for speed, and since it was already bagged and tied up, we agreed we didn’t really have the time to untie and check each one. Well, if you order takeout, and it comes up quickly, you may want to check it first for accuracy.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

The food is great! Didn’t understand how one fish taco is $7.49, when the menu doesn’t show that price. Tacos are delicious just be aware of a single fish taco price. I still don’t get it but definitely good services, good food.

This place is easily the cheapest skimp on portions restaurant I have ever been to. Should not have to hunt for the meat as soon as the plate arrives.. the server offered to get a manager but I guess customer happiness is not important here… if the manager would of walked up and showed any concern I would not be pissed off… this place sucks!!!!
