Asked to see my ID for beer purchase. Understandable.....However the proceeded to scan my ID into their system.THAT IS NOT OK, I DID NOT AGREE TO THAT AND DON'T WANT MY INFORMATION IN YOUR SYSTEMS!!!!!COMPLETE INVASION OF PRIVACY!!!!!!

On 12/25/2023 at approximately at 0029 hours, I was at the Speedway gas station (1395 Highway 411 Cartersville, GA store # 7209) to fill gas in my 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid (blue). After arriving at the gas station, I stepped inside the store to pay the clerk to prepay. After paying for the gas, I then stepped out and started filling up the gas.
After filling up the gas, I turned on my vehicle and started to move forward, while driving, a check engine light appeared on my Guage cluster and started hearing suspicious noice (knocking, shaking) from the engine bay area of the vehicle and vehicle stopped. I then moved the vehicle into another pump and went inside the store to advise the clerk of the situation.
The Clerk agreed to me leaving the vehicle on premises as long as it's in the parking space. The clerk then sent two people to help me move the vehicle into the parking space. We then successfully moved the vehicle into the parking space away from the main doors.
After moving the vehicle in the parking space, I stepped inside the store and provided the clerk with my name and phone number incase if the vehicle needed to be moved before, i can get the vehicle fixed or moved.
When I arrived at the location, I was not able to locate my vehicle, I then stepped inside the store and spoke with a guy, claiming to be regional manager, Kyle (Black shirt, ball cap, prescription glasses, beard). Kyle said, I do not need to know his last name and that he towed the vehicle because none of his employees told him anything.
Now, my father, who is elderly and going through various heart conditions and other medical issues is without a vehicle and is not able to attend his doctor's appointment because of Speedway towing the vehicle, even after the permission was granted by the clerk, all my information was provided to the clerk so they could call if they needed the vehicle to be moved. But they took upon themselves and towed the vehicle.

This station is in a convenient location, and Ive tried to use it 3 times in the past 2 months. About half the pumps are out of order. But all 3 times, the card readers wouldn't process my card at the pump. It kept telling me to go inside. I did once. But the other two times, I went to another station where it accepted the card with no problem.

I got bad gas here. I just got a tune up drive the first tank out no problems, I filled up here and the truck started hesitating at acceleration. I ran it down to almost empty got gas somewhere else and had no problems.
The company that I work for spends over 8000.00 a month just in fuel. Not counting the amount spent in store for food and drinks. Will probably start going to Racetrac before to long if the problem is not resolved receipt for fuel at the pump and have to wait in long lines

I used to like this store but now it's a nightmare trying to get gas or anything here. Half the time they don't turn pumps on then you have to go back in and remind them then they act like you're trying to steal or something it's like I was just in here you got my cash please turn pumps on. Most of the employees are rude and the ones that are nice don't stay long

They always have several pumps not available. The card reader on the pumps does not work properly. One pump was not labeled that it did not work and it made my card declined it every other gas station for the rest of the day. I never got gas there and probably won't bother trying again
