First off the young man that works there isn’t friendly or maybe he just has a hard time talking to people (not sure) I’ve had an issue a couple times now when ordering a drink and asking for more than 3/4 of an inch of oatmilk, that I GET CHARGED extra for, and being told that more would be considered a latte. Paying over $6 for an Americano and being charged for that tiny amount of milk is CRAZY. Looks like I will do my best to come shopping with a coffee already in hand.

I think it's wonderful that this location hires mutes because it can be really hard to find good employment with a disability. It would be good if they had some way to signal that your coffee is done though, like maybe a bell or something that way you don't have to just wait and wait when your coffee was actually already done and sitting on the counter for some time.

It would be nice if they carried the kale egg bites it is a fan favorite of the Starbucks community and it would be also great if they can scan your points the lady working on today Monday morning said they can't scan those here but the product is good and of course it speaks for itself never disappointed on that thanks Starbucks keep up the good work ?let's go

This is the dragon drink we received from this starbucks...Starbucks... I picked it up it looked normal but by the time I got it home this is what it looked like...I called to advise the staff and they said you just have to shake it up it's fresh milk ma'am but if you want you can come back and remake it....needless to say I am severely disappointed with Starbucks right now...and this is after we shook it

First time visit to the Starbucks in Kroger. The girl working there on December 27th around 11:30 was VERY RUDE. I asked from a sleeve for my coffee and she rudely said NO I replied No and she again said NO. I will NEVER visit that store again. The coffee wasn’t even good. Not a friendly place to spend $8.00 on your coffee to be spoken Rude to for bad coffee. A customer should not be treated this way she should be Fired.

Usually a nice location, but Eva and Amyad (my spelling is definitely wrong, I couldn’t see their name tag) were rude and seemed exhausted that I was there :/ I also asked for no whipped cream but they made it with whipped cream anyway

Nice employees, almost always good service, BUT I will never come back when it's raining...they have a nice overhang at the window to protect the employees from getting wet, but the speaker where you order is uncovered, leaving you to drown and have to yell your order out. Then when I got to the window and pointed out that I had gotten drenched while ordering, I got a clipped "yes, I know"...i.e, "we are aware that we are drowning all our customers, and have no plans to change anything"
