Very bad customer service, they do not accept the promotions or coupons that they accept in all the subways in the country. NOT RECOMMENDED, it is better to drive a couple more miles and go to one that actually accepts the promotions/coupons and treats you better. .

Subway Corporate really need to put pressure on the local franchisee to provide more meat with their sandwiches because the lack of meat in a sandwich is appalling .. the attached photo is of a Teriyaki Blitz footlong that I literally just picked up from a local Subway .. if you live in the area, my suggestion is to try another sub QSR because this sandwich has NO meat!!

Absolutely disgusting I asked for extra olives he starts saying it's extra I say ok barely puts any on so I ask for more then he says no its limited I said ill pay extra its fine said and he screams limited! I said fine. I don't want the sandwich to which he proceeds to PUT BACK EVERYTHING after it already touched all of the other ingredients including the bread that was covered ingrilled chicken and the knives that were used to cut my boyfriend ds sandwich were not washed and had mayo all over them disgusting attitude and disgusting in hygiene

BEWARE!!!! I strongly believe this restaurant purposely canceled our order because we used a 2 for 12.99 coupon on Footlongs! My family and I usually order take out here all the time, and we ALWAYS use the coupons in the paper ads sent in the mail. We have never had a problem before using our app to place orders with our coupons, but today at pickup time the employee tried to say that they didn't receive our order. After several minutes of debating how that was impossible because the app confrimed our order and provided us a pickup time. We showed them several screenshots of our order on the app along with the pickup time and also showed them a screenshot of where the money was taken out on our card (that we've used several times before with them). Their response was to blame us and keep telling us that there was nothing they could do, and said the money would return within 48 hours. They completely brushed us off and didn't even try to help us. Mind you, this restaurant was COMPLETELY DEAD at the time. There were no customers and no other pickups. We have come to the conclusion it was because we tried to use our coupon, so please beware of these people! They are not very nice and don't deserve your business!EDIT (IN REPLY TO OWNER): Once again, we have NEVER experienced issues before using that card or using our app to order with your store so why yesterday was there an issue when the store was completely dead in customers? And upon arrival at pickup time, there seemed to be no issues present with your systems, nor did an employees mention problems on your end. I hope you understand that what you are trying to say definitely does not add up. The issue with our order is besides the fact. You and your team seriously lack and have such poor customer service skills. Never once did you try to nicely help us in the situation or offer to remake our order (that we would of paid AGAIN for). Instead your team treats customers awfully by coming off as unapproachable, being argumentative, and make us feel like we are being turned away. It felt almost as if you didn't want our business at all and a customer should never feel that way. I also seen a pervious review where you (the owner) were awful to a customer because they used a coupon, so I really hope you canceling our order for that reason is not the case.

Regardless of any negative feedback from folks, Subway always has a good Sub. My favorites are the Tuna or a loaded veggie Sub. Foot long of course!Vegetarian options: Foot long Veggie Subs all day long!

I was at a store next door stopped in to use the restroom and the guy told me on the way out the door restrooms are for customers only. I told him I am a customer just not buying anything today and there was no sign up stating that and since he felt that way I would NEVER PAY FROM HIS STORE AGAIN!!!!

I went on my lunch to get a sub and took two bites and I bite In to a black olive pit, which felt like biting into a rock, it cracked my tooth. When I went to the front to explain to them the issue the lady said we're not responsible for that, I said it came from your food. Then she says how do I know you tooth wasn't cracked already, well I eat here Alot and you've seen me before. I asked for the managers number or for corporates and she refused to give me them and says I'm done with this situation walks away. The older lady gets loud and I get loud back at her and she tells me to leave I'm causing a scene I refused and asked for a refund and she refused again while yelling back at me. Goes in the back and locks herself in the back room, the other gentleman calls the owner and refunds my money.

Great food. Great service.. I got it tuner with pepper jack cheese bell peppers and onions on top and they heated it for me and my spinach and everything else on there just the way I wanted it.
