limited parking in front of the store, the food was fresh. Understand that depending on who at the front counter is when you will get a different answer about coupons. So when you use a coupon you are suppose to ONLY order from the white part of the board, not the green section and the drinks are small.drinks not medium or large. I stated that because I went in and a female looked at me spoke to me by saying hello, and then walked to the cashier that was at the register at that time to let me know where to order from, why couldn't she have just told me since she spoke. I didn't know her or the other lady she moved me over to involuntarily. The owners and their family was standing in the front of the store and were loud so I had to speak louder to be heard. Then the new cashier aloud me to get a large drink, because their cups are on the outside of the glass at customers decisionable reach. Then I went back the next day because maybe my experience would be different. NO, they owners were there behind the counter and they monitored how much vegetables and items you are to put on the sandwich. I like the old Subway where they loaded you with items. Then when I reached for a large drink she told me $1.25 upgrade lmao I mentioned to her that I received a large cup yesterday with the same coupons. She said no you get the small cup (160z), I didn't want to go back and forth so I gave her $2 and told her to donate the .75 to whatever else.Smh, will not be visiting again....... CS SUCKS!!!!

The only Subway restaurant in Cartersville that not only accepts coupons but also doesn't give guilt-trips about them! The other two Subways in Cartersville do one or the other of the aforementioned things...

Great Sandwich Maker i drove about 37 miles roundtrip to go there.
Second worse Subway in Cartersville. They charge more for their subs then all but one other subway. The one next to Wendy's off Dixie Avenue is way higher then this one. I will never go back in this one again.
