Called this store to adk if they had rotisserie chicken, the employee was lost and never herd of it, she asked anothef employee and she didn't know. I called the Pilot truck stop and the cashier knew as she just had it. Smh how pathetic are these subway employees there!

The cancer sign lady with the broken leg mad sweet. Very nice lady. Fixed my sandwich with perfection & love. Awesome service. Mad helpful. Thanks fr.

This a the best Subway. Service great they put what I tell them put on my sub as they are preparing it. They go up n beyond to get order correct. I go out my just get Subs here..

Idk what's up with new staff. But completely rude uninviting. No customer service skills. Ordered one sandwich yet was told if be charged for a different one that's my more bc I wanted to use a different meat. Usually it's just substituted. Probably will find a different subway to stop by.

No staff twice that day, the pilot staff literally said sorry they are not open because the no staff showed up. Not only that but the "PJ" fresh had absolutely NO FRESH FOOD, not even the nasty out of hold time

Love the girls that work here they are all so cool and down to earth.pilot was clean and somebody please thank the store manager for the nice hot shower water!!!!

The sub was great, but the attitude the employee gave my coworker was/is disgusting. I called back to ask her name and the name of the shift manager. First and foremost she lied and said that she was the manager, then goes on to tell me that the manager’s name is actually Lisa. Once I told her what the call was in reference to and asked her name, she hung up in my face. Horrible representation of Subway and Pilot as a whole. Regardless of her view, why hang up in my face further making his case that she’s rude and doesn’t want to be there working!? Treat people with respect! If you’re having a bad day and feel your energy may affect others, call out! Like I said, delicious subs nonetheless.

I picked up a sandwich, chips and drink Sunday evening and the young lady, name begins with A, did a fabulous job. Quick and friendly. I lost the receipt, but I hope she gets the credit due.
