I wanted to eat in and place my order at the counter and pay with cash, well apparently that is unheard of now, because the employees just kept walking past and looking at me. I stood there for awhile and finally a rude girl said....do you need something? I replied um I would like to place an order and she said well you need to use the kiosk. Ok but I'm trying to pay with cash so how does using the kiosk help when she had to come to the register anyway and take my money. The food was thrown together and was like slop. They are way too lazy

They were out of black beans but worked quickly and professionally to find something suitable. Bathrooms were clean. Food was good.
the drive through worker called me broke because my card declined. the girl working tonight dropped my bag of food, tripped over it, then picked it up and gave it to me. the two guys that were dancing around and laughing were literally saying that my car stinks IN FRONT OF MY FACE. right before i left, i asked the girl for more mild sauce because there were only a few packets in the bag and she called me “big backed like harambe”. ridiculous service!!!

Went there and the cinnamon twists tasted like chemicals. I called and he said oh I haven't changed them all day but they are supposed to be changed every 3 hours. Um ok so you didn't do your job and made me eat rancid oil cinnamon twists. Hope to God I don't get sick!

How can you mess up cheese nachos?? OLD CHIPS OR OIL. They had an old oil deep fried taste we couldn’t eat. There wasn’t enough meat in the burrito or taco to taste. Not like other Taco Bell restaurants. They can do better.
