Arrived right at noon and got seated almost immediately. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It took a while for the food to come out. Burger, steak, and ribs were done as ordered, but the blackened salmon was overcooked. Bill for 3p, with 20% tip, came to about $95. I found that a bit more than expected.

The day we chose to eat at this Texas Roadhouse, was to be our first time using the To-Go services...and, just so happened to be Valentine's Day. Obviously, due to this holiday where Love is in the air, so to speak, we wanted to have a good meal, under the seductive atmosphere of candlelight, and chilled wine. We could not have been happier with the To Go Service. Not only did my girl receive roses from me (which started out romantic day for us), but also ended with a Rose that your associate made sure she received prior to our order. Not only was this a surprise bonus, but made me look good as well as it was my idea to get our orders to go. LolReally, your service, and overall customer appreciation will keep us coming back for more. Yes, our food was excellently prepared, and extras we ordered were complete, without fail to the order. But I must say, the enthusiasm your host and hostess portray during the whole order-to-pickup and go actually breeds enthusiasm. It's not just about the food...our hats off and grand applause for your team and management staff at this, the Cartersville Roadhouse. Gotta Go, just got our text out new order is ready for pickup! Update- Not that it changes the events of that night but I was glad to know that the GM did take the time to reach out to address this concern. She assured me that it would be handled to make sure that situations like this didn't happen to other guest in the future.Went in with my daughter for a daddy daughter date night. Had one of the servers who has a trash mouth and no respect for the customers, especially young ladies to know how to talk. I asked for a manager but noone ever showed up. Upon leaving I noticed that they were having a meeting in the side room.A shame that this chain don't teach their employees to check their bad habits at the door when they show up to work.

Consistent food serves staff us usally good.I do not order alcohol as the servers are required to take the your ID from the table to scan it.

I came here on a Sunday and it was not a incredibly long wait. Our server Jake was incredible and relatable. The steak was really tender and juicy and I highly recommend this location.
