The service was typical of fast food and the staff friendly. The food was not as good as typical TS, as it seemed a bit light on ingredients. The taste was there though.

This is probably the Worst tropical smoothie I have visited ?. They don't know how to make the food and definitely skimp on the wraps and Flatbread sandwiches. I visited twice in March 2024 and both times it was disappointing. I just stick to the Marietta locations now.

The lady in there I think the manager kinda heavy set is absolutely RUDE! Didn’t welcome us and the whole time my child was talking to her she ignored her and would look up with her eyes like she was bothered by my child speaking to her.. the register wasn’t working so we had to do an online order the lady placed them in the wrong box and when we asked her she proceeded to argue with us being rude and told us we was wrong… we go here very often but won’t return ever again!

Went there to get some lunch today and only got a Sandwich and kale and as soon as I get home to eat my lunch this is what I bite into...So as anyone else would do tried to call no answer so called the nail salon next door and they said they don't have a phone number for a while now ... wish me good luck going up there cause u either gotta be doing drugs or just stupid to leave full on trash in a sand-which

The smoothies are great but they have the worst customer service of any place I have ever been. Rude to customers over and over again. Have given this place many times to change my opinion. After my visit today, I will not be back. This place doesn't deserve to be in the charming town of Cartersville. Good product but lack of training and just plain rude team members will not make this place a success. Where is the management team? This place doesn't deserve one star.

WORST tropical smoothie cafe I have ever been to. I have traveled a lot around Georgia and Florida. As some of the other reviews said, it is one employee that makes this place horrible. My family and I love getting smoothies everywhere we go. This is by far the worst. The smoothies made at this cafe don't taste at all right. We've moved to this area recently and this is the only one near by. I will be switching to smoothie king across the street for my smoothie needs now. Just horrible.

I would give zero stars if I could. The absolute worst service you'll ever receive. I had the same experience as many others pertaining to the employee (older lady) that is rude, won't speak, or even acknowledge you. I went in to place an order and she stood there and said she wasn't taking orders and I'd need to place an order online. No explanation was given. Her tone was extremely rude. This was my final time going to this location. Even my 8year old daughter said she's so mean. Plus the inside was dirty with trash overflowing. Never again
I walked in and there was not a soul in the establishment. I waited for 10 minutes before the employee came out of the back room just to tell me that she was only taking online orders until 12:00 when she had help. Like I said there was no one else there and I feel like she could have still taking my order and made my smoothie even though I didn't order online. I understand being short-staffed because I work in a restaurant as well. But to turn someone away when you didn't even have any other customers in the store it was really rude and I will never go back. I really enjoy tropical smoothie and I'm sad to say this but I will never go back to this location.

Customer Service-less.Changed to one stars after being rudely greeted by someone at 5:20pm on New Year’s Day. Sign on the door says that they’re only open until 6 PM. The other sign says online only orders until 6 PM. Typically I would put my order in online anyways, but I’m not able to because they’ve shut down online ordering. When I told the gray haired larger bodied employee that I will be contacting corporate to let them know about the issues I continue to have at this location, she got an attitude and shut the door in my face. This place won’t last long with smoothie king opening down the street anyways. Go check them out in the Academy sports parking lot.

They forgot an item in my delivery order. The bacon inside my two breakfast wraps was wrong. And after eight calls, they are refusing to answer the phone at the actual restaurant.

Smoothies are always great. Atmosphere not so much. I’ve been here been here between 8-10am 3 times this week. Open sign is never on, employees never greet me or smile. May be something to talk with management about. I’ve always had great experiences coming here until recently. May be just a season we’re going through idk.

The gray and black haired lady that works here is the absolute rudest person i have ever met in my life. She does not acknowledge you when you walk in. Ive stood around for long periods of time and she just walks past you without speaking. If she is working, i just walk back out. Her behavior needs to be addressed or she needs to be fired. The rest of the staff seems wonderful.
