You can hardly ever go wrong with Waffle House. This time was no different. Different city, same great service, same delicious food. I ordered coffee and the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Hash Brown Bowl. Food was prepared just right. Came out quickly. I would highly recommend this location!

We were walking through that area and how lucky we found that waffle house on the way, what kind staff, quality service and delicious food.
Leanne and the rest of the crew did a great job, it was awesome as usual. And it's the only waffle House I haven't froze to death in so I appreciate that. Also the best country music

Charged $5.03 for to go fee AND charged 10% of the food total for a to go order. The cook obviously doesn't know the difference between scrambled eggs and over medium eggs. Can't understand directions of putting xtra onions on a patty melt. My frustration is after paying $10.06 in fees for this to go order and getting home where the two sandwiches were prepared wrong and two grits bowls had the wrong preparation of eggs, I couldn't even call the store to tell them I was coming back so they could have the proper food prepared. I had to wait again for the same said food I had already ordered!!

They've screwed up every order I've ever ordered here. No cheese on hash browns as ordered and there are also onions in the hash browns that I did not order. Check their books, I bet they only make money after hours, and maybe on Sundays, because no other restaurants are open. The GA-20 location gets the orders correct and even go the extra mile. Spend the extra two minutes to go to the GA-20 location if you want your order done right.

Came here today Christmas day of course expecting it to be crazy but not this bad. When we first went in I believe we may have gotten a new waitress everything was wrong. Tracy stepped in to help which she was awesome and then Christy ended up taking over who was just as awesome. These two ladies turned this into a wonderful experience even with the wait and not so good beginning. Sorry ladies I did not get your last names but you two ROCK stay awesome!
