For a chicken focused menu , you’d think the chicken would be great. Unfortunately it’s not , and the facility is dirty. All of our orders were wrong, ouch ! I’d pass , plenty of places before this one when you get off the highway.

This has been a favorite chain for a couple decades. I hope it is just the Cartersville location that is such trash. Fingers are greasy, fries are almost not present in order, wings are literally over half dry with no sauce and the parts that are sauced are barely even orange, much less “wet” as I specified and was repeated back. The reason I specified is because my last order here was almost as dry. Prices up, portions minimized, orders incorrect, sauces ignored (last three trips they left out the honey mustard I paid for, gave Zax sauce instead 2/3 times)

The prices have gotten RIDICULOUS !!! Two salads with fries and 20 wings with fries (and they don't offer celery with the wings unless they are always out of it) and it cost 65.20$. We won't be back !!Very disappointed, we could have gone to a better restaurant for that price.

Yesterday evening my husband went inside Zaxby's to order our dinner for take out. He place his order and the places mine. I wanted the fried chicken salad, he told them no cheese and NO tomato, that I was highly allergic to tomatoes! He told the person taking the order TWICE I was HIGHLY ALLERGIC to tomatoes.He waited for at least 15-20 minutes to get our food and we always check our order before leaving. He checked ot, didn't see any tomatoes and came home.I opened my salad and was putting in a bigger bowl and buried on the side was a bunch of TOMATOES. IF I just put salad dressing on it and started eating it. I would have gone into anaphylactic shock!!On our receipt it even said no tomato, no cheese! So my dinner salad went into the trash, I couldn't take the chance of injesting a seed or the juice of the tomatoes! I tried SIX times to call Zaxby's and it rang a good 20 times each time!!Zaxby's needs to TRAIN their personal on people with allergies! For some it's a different between life and death!I'm very disappointed in this store, we eat there a lot and they have always been very careful when I tell them of my allergies. My husband said there were only young people working in there last night and he did not see anyone who appeared to be in charge!I don't know if I can ever trust this store again. I my case, I can't take the chance!I took pictures of the salad when I uncovered the tomatoes and I took a picture of the ticket order but there is no where to upload them but would be happy to send them to the general manager of this store if they would like proof!Dietary restrictions: Told person taking the order I was HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO TOMATOESNo cheese

It would be excellent if Google gave the option to place negative stars, this would be a great candidate I assure you, avoid a bad time and don't come here, they are too slow but incredibly slow, the staff who work here have no idea what they do and They are not polite at all and as icing on the cake the food is horrible, even a favor and avoid coming...

Service is way too slow in the drive-through having everybody pull up and pay just to move up in a line of cars just to sit and wait there's four cars in front of me thats still waiting on their food and they took money from 4 cars behind me still waiting on their food been sitting here for 15minutes and haven't seen a single car get their food yet and then when they handed me my two salads the only things I ordered had no salad dressing for either had to come back

Good drive thru staff, good prices for a 6 chicken finger plate meal, double fries and large sweet tea at $14. (Considering inflation rise) used to be $13 and change so rise in cost not much in my opinion. :)
