I really like the food here, but the customer service is consistently poor. I mean, down to people acknowledging that you actually exist while waiting to order.Two girls literally stared at me while I was waiting to order and continued to talk about how much her dad called her at work. Eventually, one girl decided to take my order. I gave her my order, and then she attempted to rush me through the line, basically telling me to go pay. I told her I would like additional items on my pizza. She then proceeded to rush me through the line again. I watched her make my pizza to see if there was anything additional I wanted. Then the girl who was not willing to help me in the first place spoke up from the register, saying the cost of the meal to me in a way that kind of bullied me to the register.It was really off-putting even at the register, as she would not even look at me and just handed me my receipt. Then she went back to talking with the other girls who were working with her.It's sad that there seems to be no accountability for the way customers are treated here. I love the hot honey pepperoni, but not at the cost of receiving disrespectful customer service from people who have enough energy to disrespect customers but don't care about their business.It's sad! I would stay away or order to go!

Ordered a personal pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was good. But the bottom of the cheese sticks was completely charred and black! It was inedible and I threw it away. $5.00 wasted. No quality control.

I love this place it's my new favorite pizza spot in town. After my previous favorite spot closed a few years ago. I've been trying to find a place that does real authentic Italian pizza. Unlike other pizza restaurants Your Pie has a Real, Fresh Fire Brick Oven for their pizza. Other places use a conveyor belt that blows hot air. While at Your Pie you can actually taste the freshness and the taste the crunch. Plus they sell Gelato which is an amazing Italian dessert. Gelato has a lower fat content than ice cream which is great. And it's slow churned giving it a better flavor and more profile in taste. If you love Gelato and real Auth Italian pizza you'll love Your Pie.

I moved to this town not too long ago so I'm trying different places to see how they are. Tonight is pizza night so I came here. I built my own with red sauce, pepperoni, olives, green peppers, basil, and red onions. This is how it went: The Good: - the line moves pretty fast even when long - you can order as many toppings as you like for the same price - fresh basil - pizza cooked really fast. I only had time after ordering to use the restroom, get a drink, and write the intro to this review before my pie was at my table - thin crust was nice. Not too crunchy, but completely cooked. - veggies all fresh and in good condition - clean restaurant - friendly staff The Not So Good: - the red sauce was put on thinly, and it has no real noticeable flavor. If you want more flavor you have to add it with the toppings. I might as well not even put red sauce on at all. - bathrooms a little run down Bottom Line: This place reminds me of Mod Pizza out west. It was fast, good size portion, and the people were helpful. Good food pretty quick. But if you want flavor, make sure to pick the right toppings or perhaps just don't pick the red sauce.

Stopped by for a children's pizza. The restaurant was almost empty with 4 people working. The young lady we placed our order with was pleasant. The cashier asked me 3 times what I ordered (7" pepperoni pizza, 2 drinks and gelato). Then he failed to give me a number for my order. My child liked his meal. Most employees appeared uninterested in customer service. The restaurant was neat and clean.
