People at this dunkin location are rude for no reason at all, have no sense of customer service, and lazy. i tried this dunkin because its actually on the way to work instead of out of the way. Ive only been here 3 times and every single time the people taking your order are rude and dismissive. Today I asked for an avocado toast with just avocado and the lady goes, “what do you mean just avocado?”. I said “like with no bacon”. and she goes “well it doesn’t come with the bacon anyways if you don’t ask for bacon you don’t get bacon”. EXACTLY LADY THAT’S WHY I SAID WITH JUST AVOCADO, in other words plain?. just rude for no reason

I love Dunkin but this is the WORST Dunkin I have ever visit. The employees are very unprofessional, the coffee is NEVER fresh, they NEVER have any of the things I like. I have to drive to another location because I can’t stand this location and the rude and unprofessional employees.

By far, this is the worst-managed Dunkin in a half hour's drive. Consistently under-staffed with crabby employees, always out of half their menu items, and consistently bad kitchen execution on the food and drinks alike. Yes, I AM sitting here in front of my inedible breakfast, thanks for asking.

Listen .. avoid this place. Maybe it’s just my luck, but every time I attempt to make a drive thru order, I encounter the same rude, impolite little girl over the speaker. She’s very short tempered and disgusting.

I have been visiting this location almost daily for many years. I noticed that in the last year or so, this is the worst possible customer service I have ever experienced. Not only is management completely rude, but they are often out of EVERYTHING. They do not cater to the customer, but act like you are a burden instead. What’s more is that I called corporate to file a complaint, and received a call back from the same manager who was rude to me. She actually called ME, the paying customer, rude. If you look at these reviews, there are over 11 reviews stating the same thing I’m stating (with 1 star). Save yourself the trouble and try a different location that appreciates your business (and hard earned money), and has what you’re looking for.

I’m an avid Dunkin’ Donuts coffee drinker. For some reason at this particular location, I learned on 12/18, you get charge $2.50 for almond milk for in medium hot coffee. I asked the girl was she new, or if she could check with someone else. She claims it’s always been like this, each pump is .75 cent. I been to this location several times. I shouldn’t have paid for it but I had a craving and really needed something warm. But please believe, the next time I’m passing through that side of town, if I need coffee, I’ll hit the gas station to get the $2 coffee.

I’m an avid fan of Dunkin and obsessed with coffee. I grab a cup every day. Sometimes I stop at a Dunkin twice in a day. I’ve been to Dunkin Donuts in my local area, cities across the county, and even airports and this one by far is the worst. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and downright nasty. Some days I brave traffic and even go far out of my way to go to a different one.

Terrible service! I order three munchkins and a coffee. The employee at the drive thru window handed me the coffee with the munchkins on top of the cup to balance it and the munchkins fell and she never apologized nor felt bad about it. She just gave me a weird face stare. I said it's ok I'll grab it cause luckily the munchkins were still in the bag and not on the ground out of the bag. In the tiny room I had to open the door and squeeze my arm through to pick it up. She just walked away and as I drove off picking it up 10 seconds later she looked at me with a weird face again through the window as I saw her while driving away. Just that audacity to not even apologize and then to make me feel awkward about it when it was her mistake is what enraged me. I believe her name was "heaven" as shown on my receipt which she is nowhere close to being anything like. I almost had enough anger in me to walk in the store and assert myself very aggressively with her but then realized a man my size would come across too threatening and the law enforcement would have probably gotten involved, so I decided to call corporate and complain. But he's the service is garbage and the professionalism is beyond negative.
