One person runs the whole dining room and takeout operation in this outpost of the original hot chicken chain. It means you will be waiting during lunch. The menu is chicken in all the forms of white, dark, sandwiches, and tenders. The chicken tenders are enormous relative to the more famous chicken chains. The sides cover what you would expect, including mac and cheese, beans, and fries. There are definitely hotter hot chicken places, but this one is well balanced and flavourful.
This chicken is juicy, seasoned enough. The Mac and cheese was phenomenal! The baked beans are sweet and cooked well. Upon on first appearance the chicken looked dark, not the golden brown I was expecting. However, it tastes better than it looked. Server was thoughtful, polite and attentive. I would definitely dine here again.

I enjoyed the fried chicken breast, nice crust and heat.The beans and greens were ok. The strips were not near as good as the bone in chicken. Prices were pretty high even for the area. But had to try it anyway. The servers were nice and accommodating but seemed a bit overwhelmed and the food took 30 to 45 minutes to get.
