Great location. Zaxbys is usually pretty fast but this place exceeds the norm anyways. Never have to wait too long for food and have never had my order be incorrect.Everyone is always cordial and nice. I wish I could remember his name, but the taller guy with the glasses is great. Doesn't give off that phoney corporate vibe and is just plain nice and professional.Recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick bite. Nowadays the other trash fast food places are the same price so you might as well get actual good food.Bonus points for not being bigot chicken!Parking: Normal sized lot. Next to a GIANT lowes parking lot for any overflow potential. I've never seen it though.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy acess to building and plenty of handicap spots.

This might be the friendliest and fastest drive through I’ve ever experienced. Really really great and easy service. Only other zaxbys I’ve been to is the one in Midtown, which is a horror show. This one is fantastic.

This location is always the best. I eat Zaxby’s a couple times a week and the crew here goes above and beyond every time. Today I left my work jacket behind by mistake and 30 min later a manager took it upon herself to drive to my job and drop it off before I could even go back to get it. Not something you’d expect now days, but I’ll tell you, there are still some good folks out there.THX

The food here has really gone down in quality the last 3 or so years. The chicken wings are now chicken toes and the fingers are about 30% smaller and dry tasting. Also, the flavor is just not there any more. Also, all the decrease in quality for almost 2x the price. I avoid this place now bc its just not that good anymore.

Delivery Driver Revew: They have orders ready in a timely manner. Pick up shelf. They dont accuse delivery drivers of stealing and mean mug them like other places in let's say " outskirts and down in ATL do" .. Basically a " Friendly environment" If you get what I mean ?. Sometimes it's packed and alittle back up but they keep it going. ?*If you order please tip driver well. Especially if you're past 285 bridge toward Doraville or far away towards Lenox or all way down Clairmont or some weird stuff. We appreciate it. ?

I don't understand how someone can order a specific meal and then get something different. I ordered a house salad and received a Thai salad with an egg roll. I don't eat or like anything close to Chinese food. I'm pissed because this was my meal for dinner. You all need to slow down and ensure people receive the food and condiments they've paid/asked for. It's unacceptable!

Food tasted like it was microwaved and stale with no flavor. Had zaxbys a million times that was the worst its ever tasted. Out of all the drinks essentially. Coke tasted flat. And the soap dispenser was broke off the wall.
