So I guess the employees think they can just turn all the lights off an hour before close to deter customers from coming. Food tasted like it was cooked way before I ordered it. Guarantee you they turn all the lights off, cook enough food to last the last hour of business and then start closing the store down. So they can get out of work early. This place sucked.

Vegetarian options: The egg rolls are back everything Zaxby's makes is Great!!! The egg rolls r for 2 for $3.00 dollars. Then went back the next day and got more!!! 1st time I ever tried them loved them!

What's up with them no longer seasoning their fries at all? I thought the first time was because I did a mobile order and maybe they just read it wrong or I clicked on the wrong one but I've went through the drive through and still no seasoning??? I just did a mobile order again and I made sure to hit extra seasoning and none of my orders had any? Did they get rid of it and not update their app?

Chicken was terribly over cooked and dry. Customer service was also not existent. I am not the inly one, heard 2 other parties complian about the wait and food while I was there.

Watch your online orders and your mouth. Apparently there's a glitch with their online ordering program and it leaves things off. Most of all don't argue with your customer when they are trying to show you the receipt and that you are missing something. Find a solution don't be part of the problem. Train your cashiers proper Customer Service.

The past few times I went to this zaxbys, they have forgotten my meals. When I ask for some zax sauce they only give one for three people. They don’t even give a lot of fries either.

I don’t normally leave reviews but my husband and I are Traveling through Georgia home to Tennessee and stopped at this location. Upon entering it was very clean, freshly mopped and tables were all spotless. Food was great. Bathrooms were clean as well (although one sink didn’t want to turn on it could have been operator error). Husband and I were very pleased all the way around. 10/10 recommend this location. Thank you.

This is a favorite stop for me. I love several of their salads, or "Zalads," as they call them. Right now, the Cobb salad is my favorite. The Zax Snak is good, too. I also like the boneless wings. I usually use the drive-thru. The dinner salad is smaller now, due to inflation (making the meal smaller to offset the cost). There is plenty of parking.Parking: The restaurant sits on its own property, separate from any other establishment. The building is surrounded by parking on at least two sides. This is not a large town. However, at busy times, the drive-thru line is crowded and backs up, halting cars in the turning lane. There have been times I had to bypass the restaurant for this reason.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is one story, with no steps and there are some handicap parking spaces. The glass door looks adequate, but I don't think it is automatic. I have no experience with how easy or difficult it is to actually get a wheelchair into the restaurant.
