We stopped in the drive through this morning and I ordered a Frisco sandwich and I must say this is one of the best sandwiches I've ever gotten from there. Usually it's tough or it's too done but this morning ya'll knocked it out of the park.

Can't serve people if you're closed at 2 p.m. so the manager can finally get a day off. Or that's what they told us. Seems like all Hardee's close way too early or aren't open at all since covid.

This hardest is the the worst! They close the lobylobby all the time and create traffic in the roroadroad.like they are slowly taking their time. This store looks closed when you drive by. These employees need a wake up call. I blame the management. They are losing alot of business and pretty much saying screw you to the customer when they close that lobby and only open the drive thru just to make it easier for something that these employees are getting paid to do... And dont do their job at all. Idk how many employees you have on the clock that business should run the same no matter what. I dont feel bad for people getting paid to make excuses.

Went thru this morning and had a breakfast platter coupon. They rang it up as a sausage platter and would not let me substitute sausage for bacon. They were rude about it. It was very rude and weird. Isnt customer satisfaction supposed to matter?

I had written off Hardee's a while back, but my mom wanted to eat here. Much to my surprise, this Hardee's is a nice place! Friendly employees, clean dining area, what's more to want?
Breakfast is passable, if I say "well done", they usually give a good biscuit with meat. But today it was 11:20 and I asked for a breakfast meal )for my husband) they said it was past 11:00. So I ordered a combo hamburger meal. Did not say "well done". lol. But that hamburger patty was so black! It was very black. I should have turned around and returned the bag. Even the fires were dark brown! What's up with a meal like that? Will not be using our neighborhood Hardee's again for a fast meal!
