Order 735 - Saturday April 27, 2023….Order had a Big Mac, with extra pickle….but where was the meat? Drove back to McDs, and said, there seems to be something wrong with the Big Mac….she replies, well let’s play this game….she ask them to remake, in which they did, but spilled the Big Mac all over the place and scooped it back int he box, where she gave to me. I asked did you see what he did? Asked by another person, do you want them to remake it???? 3rd time seems to be a charm……hope the guys in the back got a good laugh, not sure I will return due to it seemed to be so funny and my fault. - @Mcdonalds

Went to this location after working a long 8hrs don't normally mess with McDonald's but my wife wanted sweet tea a gallon order a big Mac meal with chicken nuggets and to our surprise we have an open straw in the gallon sealed up like I just don't understand if you don't like your job just quit these fast food places suck especially this 1 1st the outbreak from people not washing their hands built a completely new store for what not saying all the children working this location but most of them don't need a job hire these migrants bet the food be better.

Used App and was sitting in curbside spot when the order was confirmed. Food came out 23 minutes later just for a Happy meal and 2 apple pies.Seems like a priority issue, concentrating on Drive thru over curbside.

Have set here for over 40 mins for a gravy biscuit and still not gotten it. Will never in my life come back to this McDonald's about to just say hell with it going be late for work ?

I wouldn't eat here. Pick somewhere else. I would be willing to bet if you go here your order will be wrong in some way and/or you will have an extremely long wait time and/or the staff will be rude or ignore you. Just go somewhere else, trust me. There are plenty of better options close by.
Waited in curbside over 20 minutes for apple pies that they said would take 8 minutes to bake. I go inside to ask about them and guess what? Still no pies. I ended up leaving because I already had waited a while and I’m not about to wait another “8 minutes” for them to do what they needed to do in the first place. On top of that, the fries and nuggets ended up being so cold by the time I got home. I’m usually really happy with service here but yall really dropped the ball this time.

Ordered a door dash order at 9:50pm and I’m assuming they made it around 10 and we couldn’t get a dasher untill 11:30 and they wouldn’t remake the food. I’m not eating 2 hour old food. They should wait untill the dasher gets there to make the food. A few days later go to the store and have us park and wait 30 minutes for food and gave us our milkshake 1st so it sat there and melted. And again cold food. And no one there knows what the hell they are doing. This store needs to be shut down. People always complain

Every time I order my children kid meals, they automatically upgrade the drinks to medium upcharging 30 cents for each one. I've noticed it for quite a while and finally asked about it. The response was "oops, that seems to happen a lot. We'll look into it." I don't appreciate getting charged for things I didn't ask for. It's sneaky and not ethical. Do better.

Had a mobile order. Everything was great. Except my sweet tea. It tastes like old coffee. Tried calling to let them know since they just brought it up from the back but no one would answer the phone. They do not need to serve that to people. It's nasty.
