I went there tonight with 30 minutes to spare before closing, the young lady Brooklyn was extremely polite while I was apologizing for getting there so late. 100% nothing but kind and helpful. Hopefully management knows they have a rockstar with her working the drive thru window.

I've been coming here and getting biscuits for years and I have never had a complaint. This morning however, I'm not sure what was going on, but the biscuits were horrible. I got a biscuit that looked good, but it was super light and had no substance or flavor...it tasted like it was microwaved and the best way I can describe it is that it was like a gas station biscuit. It was so bad I didn't eat it.Consistency is key, I won't be returning here if this is what they're selling now. I will say that the other dairy Queen locations I visit locally have still been great.

We went last night to celebrate a special family event. There were 10 of us which included 2 small children. The restaurant was short-handed and a couple of our orders had to be corrected. The person who took responsibility for the errors was named "Brooklynn". She did a great job considering the challenges that she was dealing with last evening and we appreciate her and want to give her a public acknowledgement. Thank you!

Went there today and got my kids' chicken strip meals. Went to order the peanut buster parfait and ask to substitute the peanuts for strawberries. They said we can't do that. I know they can. I've been doing it for years, and by years, I mean ever since they had the dq shop cleveland ga beside the gas station. So, over 18 years. When I asked why the change, I got no real answer. So maybe I'll get the answer after this post

The staff needs to pay more attention to the to go orders. This morning I ordered a ham biscuit and got one with nothing in it. Ordered gravy and got grits. The other day I paid for tenderloin and got sausage. Big price difference.

Pancakes I order was so cold the butter wouldn't melt. Coffee was ok.
Very friendly employees. We got ice cream and a blizzard and both were very delicious!

These ladies in the drive thru were so kind. I just ordered 3 #7s. I hadn’t been here ever in my life so I was a little disoriented. They are patient and helpful! Thank you so much ?

The iconic Clarkesville DQ drive thru is a regular stop for locals and passers-through a like. From old timers who came through here on their honeymoon in the 60’s to teenagers sporting cool cars, everyone is family at the DQ on 441. And you’re treated accordingly. From the sweet girl in the window to the Mamma rolling up the biscuits, to the fellas who run the kitchen - they give good food, Straight ice cream cones (usually), in a clean environment, with that down home feel. I’d have posted a photo of my well made caramel Sunday with nuts but I eat them too fast. :) Enjoy!
