I went in to get some coffee for Christmas presents. Ask the clerk where I could find the grinds and not the beans and was told it was over on the shelf. Would have been nice if he had helped me find it. Once found I did not have a choice except for the original none of the grinds / flavors were available. Could have been a bit more helpful.

I usually do drive thru only here but the people are polite and friendly and get food out quickly. Tastes like every other dunkin but the staff here are great.Vegetarian options: Most sweets are vegetarian, they could benefit from a beyond meat wake up wrap tho.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Bagels almost aways stale. Duncan Midnight Coffee usually luke warm and stale. McDonalds is much better and that shouldn't be.

I have been several time with my kids and it's hit or miss for customer service. We have gone in (a few months ago) and had the friendliest people working as we were getting ice cream, all the staff laughing and talking with customers. Then, we recently went (this past Saturday) in with no other customers, 4 staff talking to eachother and then disperse in different directions as soon as we walk up to the counter, no one greeted us, the donuts were being carted off to the back 5 hours before closing. We stood there a few minutes and then left. It's crazy sad that in 2023 this is normal customer service.
