My family and I have been eating regularly at El Jinete for years. The food is always quick, fresh, and delicious. The servers are always friendly and top notch. The owners are awesome and have created a family like atmosphere. They have a wide variety of items and speciality drinks on their menu. My family has so many favorite foods on their menu, but some of our frequent "go to" items are the "tacos de pollo asado" and "burrito loco" as shown in the pictures served in the restaurant or their "burrito California" in the to-go picture. Their chips and salsa are addictive. The serving sizes are huge, and we normally eat half at one time and save the other half for lunch the next day. While not shown in the pictures, their "chicken soup" is the best we have ever had and is perfect for any time of year. We highly recommend this restaurant for amazing Mexican food and service.We also recommend reserving their beautiful, private room (for a nominal fee) for special events.

By far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. Great menu selection, friendly staff, food served quickly!I had Texas dip - white cheese smothered shrimp, steak, chicken with peppers and onions! Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: They do offer a kid menu
The menu's have the wrong prices so my bill went from what I figured to $10 more than what I thought food was decent could have been more generous with the portions considering I spent $22 dollars on the main the waiter was cool he did a good job and the spot is in a decent spot between demorest and Clarkesville so it easy accessible to people
