whoever messed up my order on may 3rd @ 6pm, be more careful when you’re getting orders ready and read the receipt. super disappointed. it’s already hard enough to get a refund from you guys when the customer has to call corporate and go through a whole process nobody has time for. giving two stars because at least you got the other sub correct.

Matt has been more than helpful with our online orders, especially when there were technical difficulties. But also.. I get alot of toppings on my sandwiches. I usually eat on the way to work or on the way home and the slop that I have had on my sandwiches in the past was a mess. IF there is a sandiwch making pro it is Matt. The way everything was evenly placed throughout the sandwich with NO mess or stuff hanging off the bread was not only beautiful but equally as satisfying! If Matt is making my sandwiches I will be a frequent patron!!

Went to the Subway April 12th at 3:10 stood there until 3:35 yelled and Noone ever came to help us. Someone came in and refilled their drink and left.

We left our hat and he found it and kept it safe until we arrived back. $50 is the standard to feed 3 people with footlong meals nowadays, so God help us to keep up. It was early headed to work, so I was grateful they were open and serving. He was kind and helpful. We will always come back here until we can no longer afford our healthy hoagies.

The costumer services was completely rude. Did not smile. Made our food without care... tried to make small talk to brighten up their day and got nothing back.. i wont be going back until they hire people that have a better attitude and puts a smile on their face...

Order was 20 minutes late and when I got back home the whole sandwich was wrong. Had to go back. Asked for some compensation for having to drive across town and they gave me an attitude. I have been choosing this subway for the great customer service, but after today never again going there.
