We stopped in to the Creamery to check out the little shop & have some ice cream. Since we were visiting from out-of-state, we didn't purchase anything at the shop, but once we relocate to the area this summer, we'll be back to try the ground beef, milk, cheese, etc. Outside, we ordered 2 milkshakes....a salted caramel made with chocolate milk & a peaches and cream. We had the opportunity to visit the dairy farm for Mountain Fresh Creamery. We have 2 young children under the age of 6. We found this tour to be great for young kids. The staff and tour guide were personable and hospitable. They were all very knowledgeable as well. The room where the tour starts is very well done to show the history of the farm, how cows are milked, and how their farm works.
