Terry and Julia are great staff! My sandwich was the wrong thing and they made up for it and definitely go the extra mile in their exceptional customer service!!! I’ve worked in customer service myself for years, and THAT is how every customer deserves to be treated!

Our breakfast was phenomenal (gravy biscuits and sausage cheese biscuits). The portions were large, the dining area clean, and the employees went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied. Can't praise them enough.

Paid 3.75 for a large French fry and there were about 15 fries in my box. I watched the employee drop a lot of them on the floor as he was putting them in a sack.Also, they were not very hot.

Was in there this morning .And heard the general manager.cursing and speaking to the workers like they were trash.if this is what is going on i want be back.then had a friend of mine tell me they heard someone there had V.D.deff will never eat there
Placed an online order here for a Jr bacon cheese burger with fries. My food was ready before I even pulled up to the pickup window. The bun was toasted but greasy.. the burger pattie was over cooked to the point of having charcoal edges. Also the pickles onions lettuce were missing and the bacon was tasteless. Frankly it looked like it was something someone picked out of a dumpster. The fries matched it 100%.. stubby little pcs of over cooked oil soaked potatoes. I had to laugh because I had been avoiding this location for years because it looks run down and outdated. I use to eat lunch here all the time about 10 years ago and everything was fresh and on point now it's just gross.

Make sure to check your bags. They will never get it right and always leave out anything you ask. Straws not in bag. Crackers for chilli not in bag. Hell didn't even give me butter and sour cream that was requested twice. So if you order. Make sure to hold up any line and look through every bag cause they can't afford to hire people that understand to give what is requested. 2 out of 10.

Not ideal, but certainly not any worse than I would expect. The food is great late at night when I'm done with my classwork at TMU. The people working the drive thru are always very nice, and although it's not 5 star dining, I enjoy my meals here.
