My sister and I stopped here on a whim. We were hungry and saw it as we were driving toward Helen. We ordered our food. It was prepared as requested and came out quickly and hot. My sister had a hamburger. She said it was delicious. I got chicken tenders. They were also very good. The portions were large. We both loved the battered French fries. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Lady at the register was super nice and friendly. The food was yummy! I got cheeseburger with frots (half fries half tots) love you can half it up sidewise. Got some ranch n honey mustard for dipping. Veggies get put on the side so you can add them to your burger how u like. My man got a cheeseburger add egg and bacon. Everything was cooked perfect and tasted amazing!

Overpriced. Got two little pieces on onion on the side and 2 pickle slices, 2 small pieces of tomato with cheeseburger. Charged for water cups, only 50 cents, but still after spending $50 for 2 sandwiches with fries, cheese burger meal and a hot dog and fries…

Darla and her family are amazing. I came in from hiking and was met with true southern hospitality. The food and service were outstanding. Thank you guys so much. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
It was a good place to eat. I was just passing through for a basketball tournament. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the Yonah Burger with some some great beer battered onion rings. Nothing fancy but a good Ole country laid back kinda place. I love it. Well folks, yall can go by and check it out for yourself, like I did. Until next time, that's all folks! Yonah Burger is a must-visit spot after conquering the Yonah mountain summit. A group of five of us stopped here for lunch. Opting for the Cheese Burger Delux with fries and drinks, we eagerly anticipated tasting the renowned Yonah burger—until we encountered the French fries, which were overly salty. Upon voicing our concern, the staff promptly replaced them with a less salty batch. Aside from that hiccup, the fries were delightfully crispy and flavorful. The Yonah Burger itself boasted an authentic taste that we all savored. To our surprise, the new owner emerged and apologized for the salty fries, explaining that it was the new cook's first day. Such mishaps on the first day are easily forgiven. We particularly appreciated the new owner's warmth and transparency. Learning about the rich history of Yonah Burger, established in 1968 and carried on for three generations, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit.Parking: Parking could be challenging during peak hours. We had a little difficulty finding a parking space.

Honestly I won't ever be back. They have halfed the size of their hamburgers and went way up on price. Let all the non locals eat here and think they are at a great " mountain " restaurant.
