Had me to pull up after I paid waited over 10 minutes never got my food then I went in and he didn't have my order ready. I had to show him my receipt then he started fixing it. I was late going back to work and I hated that because they could care less about me and my order. Sorry staff and management

Front cashier today at 9 am had a 20pcs order with 8 biscuits. 53.00 bucks. I was next in line. She had yhe worst customer service. She acted as if she was picking up trash in the sun for community service. Poor energy. I noticed over the past few years the quality of service in restaurants has dropped tremendously. People seem to forget that the patrons of each establishment is the reason why they have a job the following month. Something needs to be done. Now if i go to Gwinnett same restaurant better service. And i can guarantee they yeild more revenue than old national. Even if not true a better customer service delivery would increase the revenue in location 30 percent and there is no real speed of service in cashier's or drive thru. You couldn't even tell a manager was even in the building.
