I don't know why I keep coming here. The only time I do is because I'm working in the area. I'm reminded every time. I get the same meal and the same results. Whoever is making sandwiches can't make one to save their life. Why must they place sooooo much ketchup and mayonnaise on a sandwich? The sandwich is never made how I ordered it, and I end up not eating it and throwing it away. I asked for very light mayonnaise and no tomato. Smh

Places and order online. The order was accepted and was also charged. The website did call out that store is open for 24 hours but found the store to be closed, when we reached there. The person there, simply said the store is closed and didn't offer any explanation for the charge that has been nade.

I visited this Burger King on a rainy day..There was a bullet hole in the window facing me. My feet were wet.There weren*t any rugs in the store. I had my cane but slid ever other step through out the building. I told an employee who opened the restroom door for me that the food was good also that I manly stopped in to use restroom. I almost slid into her as she opened the door..I continued to slid on tha floor as well. told her about how I was having difficulty walking on their floors.Also that they didn't have floormats like oother businesses.She informed they had wet floors signs I told her that I knew that it was not her problem but that I am disabled land my kidneys Dr. warned that"" If .I fell and hit my back my Kidneys could rupture and I could die. This concerned me more than the bullet hole in the window as I ate at the Burger King on Godby Road.She replied there was nothing she could do I felt as though the management and franchise owner must not care about the health and safety of its customers . They would rather risk workman compensation and customer lawsuit than to buy some inexpensive safety mats Also bankruptcy. The young lady said there was nothing she could do. I told her there was something I could do. She told me if there was to do it.I told her to hat I would .That is why I am writing this. I was wearing new running shoes that day. Prescribed by my Drs. Hopefully there are slip resistant running shoes I can also buy.. I had no other slippery issues that day or since not even on the bus. Most business provide slip resistant mats .I leftthat restaurant as safely and quickliy as I could.

Please don't come here, their food is cold and the people are very rude and ghetto, the manager is very unprofessional and the coworkers are ratchet, please help your and go to the nearest burger king never here, it's dirty and messy and stinky..... PSA I warned you.... Thanks in advance

If you are looking for a number one clout meal with no drink or ice, you selected the right spot! The morning staff spits in your food and face. Then says, “have a nice day!” Do not eat here in the morning. Apparently, they have their own way of operating 70 year old brand to the trash can ?️. Byeeeee ?

I was really disappointed with the cherry slushy from this Burger King. The flavor was overly artificial, and the ice was so chunky that it made the entire experience unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money.

Stopped here to give it a chance after a bad experience a few years ago and was reminded why I abhor this location. Rude and unattentive cashier. Cashier got mad when i asked for my recipt. Overcharged me for my order. Food was cold and tea was deplorable as though from an unclean urn. Adding this to my "NEVER VISIT"

The Worst!! Front line employee was yelling to whole kitchen entire time ( 5 mins) I waited at corner of counter to use restroom as door waS locked. I finally asked if it was out of service and she cocked her head spicely and said " we do- n ha no key". I said you mean there's no working restroom for your patrons and she said "nah Karen we dan ha no key". Unbelievable!! Well at least this Karen has a brain. PLEASE FIRE THIS HORRIBLE employee and make sure u restore ( as is legally required, your restrooms.
