I Got FOOD POISONING FROM THIS LOCATION ??? ?????. I purchased a #3 Baconzilla Med with a coke around 7:30pm I looked in the bag and everything looked ok tasted the drink it was good. I got to my destination eat the fries. Then open the burger it looked good from what I could see so eat the burger. After about and hour i I was at my toilet vomiting none stop. Then came the deraria. For the whole night. Woke the next morning after a long night of unexpected events. Called a friend to bring me some medicine. I had to take a laxative, alka-seltzer, sparkling water and apple juice. This lasted for a whole 3 days. I missed a days worth of work. I truly hope something is done about the food and sanitation of this area ASAP!!!! I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN. I will be doing any and everything to move forward with some type of legal action. I've never felt or had anything like this happened to me and don't feel or think anyone else should either. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHEN YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO ENJOY A MEAL ON A SUNDAY EVENING.

So I'm very appreciative because this doesn't happen often here, I was expecting them to say they're only taking online orders or bad customer service like usual but not tonight, thanks you guys! keep up the good work! I only rated 3 stars because this was only one good time out of the many bad I've had here.

Two young men were working that night while I patiently waited 20 minutes to order my food. Once I pulled up the drive through, the cashier was ridiculously rude! They didn’t have half of the things on the menu as well. When I finally received my food it was COLD. The fries were cold, the cheese on the burger was ice cold, and they didn’t follow instructions on how I wanted it.

Pull it together… you want food delivery drivers to stand in the freezing rain while you ignore them for 20 minutes?! Me and at least 5 other drivers waited over 1 hr for our orders!! The line just didn’t move, while the dining line kept clearing. What is going on???

The worst service ever! Employees not taking or making any orders, won't come to the drive thru windows, and we have been stuck in the drive thru lane for over 40 minutes! Rude employees have their friends pulling up and chatting outside the restaurant, while we wait in line! Zero stars from me!!!!!

We got in the drive-thru line i was excited for some good fries because other places has closed. I saw some plastic baskets laying on the ground, i assumed it fell from the high stack of basket next to it. So i kicked it to the side and went back to my car to wait. Until 15 minutes later, a worker came and put a cone in front of our car without mentioning it or acknowledging us. We were stuck until the 2 cars behind us turned around and left.

I placed an online order for pickup around 2:30am on 11/9/2023 and I went to pick the food up. My food was fresh and hot but my drink was very watery so I honked the horn so that the associate would assist and switch my drink out. There were 2 girls there last night one had red hair and the other had really long burgundy braids. Neither one of them came to the window as I kept honking. Eventually, an older black guy with braids came to the window & opened the window & immediately said “we’re closed”. I said that’s fine I received my food already I just wanted to switch out my drink because it was watery. He kept repeating “we’re closed”. I said what do u mean u are closed it’s now 2:45am and you don’t actually close until 4am. He then slammed the window and walked away. Meanwhile there were other cars behind me so how are you closed? I called this morning to place a complaint and they had the nerve to offer me a free large drink lol that’s why checkers operate the way they do because the complaints go no where. I don’t need a free large drink I can pay for my own food. This location and corporate are a joke. Please believe the owner does not care about his/her establishment only your dollars that you are spending. That’s why the respond to every bad review telling you to reach out to their customer service team but they don’t actually follow up with the store or the employees associate with the issues. Definitely won’t be back.
