The food was great the food was fresh it was good the young lady was great her service was wonderful the atmosphere was good it was okay it could be better. I didn't like the fact that they added the gratuity in the bill and it was overpriced so I will not go back there again.They did not give me the option of the amount of gratuity I would like to give the waitress or the waiter that was a big turn off for me and that was my second time going to that restaurant and they did the option of the..So I would recommend when you do go there pay attention to your bill.Parking: I mean parking was very easy you can find a lot of parking space there so it was good at the time we went it was a Thursday night and it was karaoke.Kid-friendliness: It was kid's friendly because there were many kids there and everything was smooth. Everyone was respectful knowing that kids were there and they seems to be having a good time .

Worst place ever, came to eat and thinking it’s an atmosphere that was Mexican Food. I should have just walked out, but yes will not recommend or eat here ever again. The search you as you walk in the door, then seated us next to the speakers. You could not even eat nor talk, you have to shout across to have a conversation. The service sucks. Not a Mexican Cantina, it’s a Hell Hole of a place and needs a different name and categorized as a RIP OFF. Then you have booty shaken right next to you, and they asked if you want bar or restaurant and it’s clearly not a restaurant. Then waiter brings you the check, and stands there till you pay and not even giving you the privacy that you should have, overall the worst experience ever.

Upon entering the restaurant, be prepared for a pat down. So please leave weapons at home. There is a security guy who may pat you down upon entering. Also, you are advised that you must have identification for credit card payments. Also, they do not accept "tap and pay". This restaurant has hooka and a dj spinning the hits (rap, trap and R &B music) . This restaurant is lacking the essence of authentic Cozemel, Mexico cuisine. But the restaurant reminded me of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico destination that I am familiar with, but intent does matter, which sold me on eating there. The restaurant is NOT quiet, so if you want to have small talk, forget it. There is a small dance floor for line dancing. Exercise patience when dining here. Serving staff is all over the place, which appears to be chaotic, but after several minutes, we eventually got waited on.We started with chips and salsa. If you like a mild Pace Picante, then the salsa works well. I ordered chicken and beef fajitas. My companion ordered a combo plate. He got a plate minus combination (no black beans and rice). The food was definitely satisfying and was worth a doggy bag. This spot is definitely a hot spot for locals who like The Club scene.Parking: Limited parking. Arrive early before the club crowd arrives. Do not block cars in the lot . You may get towed.

This is a bar not a restaurant. Me and my family visited yesterday, food was great! ? But the customer service was non existent. Staff were more concerned about bigger parties. No management on the floor at ALL. Our waitress had at least 6 tables, on top of her disappearing for 30 mins. The bus boy was trying to see who he could talk to female wise. If you're looking for a Mexican restaurant Cozumel Cantina isn't it.

We came about 30 minutes after open and were sat immediately. We then waited like 20 minutes for someone to come over to our table, and then another 20 minutes, and then another and another.In total we were there for an hour and a half, when we were ready to order pretty much right when we walked in. When we got our food it was lukewarm. We were also not asked what we want to drink. The waitress wasn't rude but she wasn't polite either. Genuinely hope her day gets better cause she was not having it.Also there was a weird noise happening that sounded like a shoe squeaking. That was the only ambient noise happening in the entire place.The choriqueso was good though!

This place used to be nice with great food. Things have changed drastically in the wrong direction. The place is very filthy, menu's, floors, tables and restrooms. Very disappointing, especially knowing how it was before. Food tasted old, customer service was non existing and music was way too loud. Then the waitress charged herself an extra $10 on my check, that I had to dispute. On top of gratuity that she did not deserve or earn. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
