Went here for karaoke and the the Dj was great. However security at the door was a joke. Gave me a speech on why I can't show a military ID to enter. In what world can't you use a military ID. Then he tells the lie that he is former military. Not! If anything the only thing he was is presently stupid. I can use my military ID to catch a flight, but not enter a bar and grill. Yeah right! Will not patronize them again!

It's just OK. First time here, day drinking. Met a few really nice folks and network. Bartender forgot a LOT but she was alone. The few times she showed up she was good.Happy hour? Small bites?It's way out of my vibe. I don't get loud music at 1pm?

The menu and advertisement and even DJ announcements all wrong.The happy hour drinks on the. MENU display $7.00, make it a double (bigger glass) $3.00, which makes $10.00 right.....So, I order (2) $7.00 drinks with the double which should make $20.00.Get the bill, it says 4 drinks, $28.00.....I ask the waitress and show her the menu, which clearly displays $7.00 happy hour drinks, make it a double $3.00, so it should be $20.00 dollars for 2 drinks.....Waitress says, "Aw naw the menu wrong, double on the HAPPY HOUR menu means the Happy Hour drinks cost DOUBLE, so that means the drinks being $7.00 they are $14.00. Even though the menu clearly shows $7.00, make it a DOUBLE for $3.00.....Instagram post and DJ both advertising the hookahs $25.00, no specified time, the bill, $30.00 for the hookah.....Ask the waitress about that too.... "oh that's wrong too, it's only $25.00 at 11am"Even though the dam DJ just said they $25.00 smh.So WARNING don't order doubles or the hookahs at the HAPPY HOURS, cause the menu is wrong, the DJ wrong and the Instagram post, website prices are all wrong.

This was different from any Harolds I've ever been to. It was pretty much a club. The drinks were strong and the food was great. Coming from the Chicago area it was quite welcoming to find this place in my travels. The waitress was nice and the food was delicious. My catfish filet was enormous!

Bria and Sabrya are coming he BEST BARTENDERS!!!! Their customer service and vibes makes me feel like I was out with my home girls! Very relational and pays attention to detail! Can’t wait to come back and hang with my new friends!
I wanted this place to be good so bad but was mightily disappointed. I paid half a bill for 2 orders of chicken & waffles but got $10 worth of food. I ate and still hungry… never happened before with c&w. Basically a flat Eggo and chicken. The joint next door was poppin, should’ve went there. This place was emptier than a klan meeting in Harlem. To add insult to injury they added 18% tip for takeout. They make you pay first bc you will feel scammed!HOURS LATEROh no, now I’m feeling sick from the chicken! It did taste a lil old.

I'm from Chicago, and we love Harold's chicken depending on the location, and I must say that this Harold's is beating most of the Harold's in the Chi as far as food quality and taste. It's always a vibe in there with good food, good drinks, and good music. They also have hookah. Also, you must be 21 and older after a certain time. I must add that the food takes a good while to come out, especially when it's crowded, and they could definitely use some more servers. Great place though!!
