Inconsistent hours. Came to get an italian beef on a Wed evening and location was closed when listed as open. Went across the parking lot to the bar to order from there and was told they dont offer the beef in the bar and couldnt give me a set time of when the listed restaurant will be open because they are Inconsistent. Wasted gas and time coming out my way for nothing.

Not my type of atmosphere and I don't like that they put in a tip when you order your food I don't even know if I want it to tip them. So be aware when you order your food they going to add a tip on your bill thats not fair.

I’m confused as to when this place opens? I’m on the clock. It says open from 11am-3am and here I am at 1:10pm on a Saturday and it’s closed? Why let me place an order if you’re not open yet? This is crazy. Customer service has just been thrown completely out the window smh. Not even sure how to get a refund, this is unbelievable. I mean I could understand had it been 20-30 mins after opening but it’s been 2 hours. And I called this in at 12:25p! Turn off the online ordering!! Oh, and of course no one answers the phone!

Just go to wing stop and play music at home. This place is the absolute worst. The food is microwaved besides the chicken wings. I had a the grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken looked like it came out of a bag! But what blew me was they pull yellow cheese on the chicken which was microwaved. They also putting bottom shelf liquor in top shelf bottles. I hate that I have to write this about a black business but black businesses have to better. Even doing the minimum standards. Needless to say I would never go here unless I'm going to Chicago.

I’m a Chicago Native and have been living in GA for 5 yrs. This is the Harold’s that I’m familiar with back home on Cottage Grove. Food is always fresh and doesn’t take forever. That was some of the best chicken I have had, since I was home with My Mother. It is fried the old fashioned way ? and the first order I got a slice of bread, this time I didn't ? but it's okay. On Sunday coming I gotta get some for the kiddos... they liked it too....The staff is nice, I walked in the lady was on the phone with another customer, but took a second to say I will be with you in a few....
