One thing about this location, it doesn’t matter what time you go, this is the best McDonalds I have ever been to. The fries are always hot and fresh. Nothing tastes old. I make sure I go all the way here if I ever want McDonalds. Thank you for being consistent and wonderful at service.

If I could give zero stars I would. First day moving to ATL and her customer service sucked. Shouting at customers to use the kiosk. The loud talking to customers is very unexceptionable. She knew she did something wrong that’s why she looking like this.

It's McDonald's. My expectations are usually very low. This particular McDonalds served with smiles and made food like it was going to be presented on their next commercial. I was impressed.

Needs upgrade the cleaning in the entrance and restrooms, don't want Health Inspector to volunteer inspecting foul order, and uncleanness before receiving your ordered food. Needs more greeters, with stackable front area. The equipment needs to be fixated within 24 hours, not next week. This location speaks for itself on the Owners, employees and mgmt. Communication skills need justified for your elderly customers/children and respective environment. Wifi needs improvement, kiosks technologies aren't updated, in comparison to Japanese technology. McDonald's is a globalization franchise industry and needs to be on the topic of winning daily, uniformity mode.Parking: Spacious and comfortableKid-friendliness: More advertising with Ronald face and crew commercialization throughout televised area with a children's area.

I work near the airport, but if I'm ever in the mood for McDonald's, I will drive all the way to the Clairmont locations before I risk going to this or any other locations surrounding the airport. Multiple menu items are not available when you try to order. Lines are long plus slow, food not fresh, employees outside sitting on the benches smoking or arguing with each other or on the phone. So unprofessional, and they clearly need a break room or something along with better store management. These are common patterns for other locations in the area. The way the prices for the food has increased significantly, you would think the service would match. Don't waste the time you will spend in the drive-thru....it's not worth it.
