Worst McDonalds ever. The people that worked here were incompetent. Went through the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for the one car in front of me to talk with the person at the window, no food was exchanged. We ordered pancakes with syrup and got no syrup or utensils. Order oatmeal and also no utensils.

I go here all of time.But my order is always and they accused me of stealing a biscuit ….The night shift is worst.I asked for a refund and she said she is the manager but she said said that she could not give it to me and slammed the window in my face.Do better.

I arrived at the drive thru for this 24hr location around 1am. The employees were waiting 10-15 minutes in between cars to take orders and when you got to the intercom they were saying cash only. These seemed to be tactics to lessen the amount of orders that had to be taken. Several cars got in the line and left. This location is loosing money and needs to uncover the root cause to this problem. After waiting for almost an hour, the food was not the typical McDonalds standard. This visit was a waste of my time and the misuse of company time is hurting your profitability.

I don't know what it is with these young, ignorant, Afro Am young women! They have ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! These girls are borderline RUDE! Why must you wear false eyelashes that are entirely too gaudy for Micky D's ?. What happened! Why is Micky's in full operation... why is it that the ice cream shake machine is NEVER working?!

Came into the McDonald's on a Tuesday night2/20/24 not very busy. The inside closed already at 6:30. I go through the drive-thru and tell them I'm Uber eats they said go ahead and come around to pick up the order. As I wait in the line behind three cars once I get up to the window the young lady didn't understand how the Uber eats worked! So I was explaining to her because she was asking for a number. So I showed her the order with the name and everything and said it was 13 cookies. A young man comes and tells me also that I need a number. I explained to him the same thing. So they go and get the manager who's now telling me I need a number. Not once did she come to look at what the order was on my phone. She continues to tell me that I need a number. So the young lady just asked me to pull up because there were cars behind. So now I have to wait again. So I pull up and now I'm still waiting. I get out and I go to the window with my phone to see what's taking so long for cookies? The manager says you can cancel the order! After I've been there for about 25 minutes this is what she suggest to me. I told her why would I cancel the order while I've been waiting all this time for it. Then she proceeded to say the order is now ready after she told me to cancel and that they had to cook the cookies. So you could have ask me what the order was while I was in the line. The manager wanted to be so right that she wasted my time and the people who order that I was picking up. I couldn't believe that she was in charge I feel sorry for her co-workers. It was so simple but she wanted to be right. As I pull off I see more Uber and doordash workers going to the door. You can't have easily put a note on the door for delivery. All that for some cookies!
